This is a free-standing home built specifically as a vacation rental cottage in early 2020. It is a quiet, comfortable space in a rural setting with a private patio and views of the Sierra foothills. It is a perfect spot for a family or couple wanting to visit the National Parks nearby (60 min. to Yosemite, 120+ to Sequoia and Kings Canyon). Our comfortable and quiet guest cottage is set among Ponderosa pines in the Sierra Nevada foothills, close to more than 40 Shenandoah Valley wineries. Post-Covid, hosted vineyard tours and private wine tastings will be available. The pool is private to our guests and usually open after Memorial Day. The Cottage easily accommodates 2 couples in two bedrooms, each with private bathroom. The deck is accessed from all rooms. It's great for outside dining or just enjoying a glass of wine.
