Stayed for a month, of course the weather was very unlucky, there was a heavy snowfall. However, the house was warm and comfortable. Chic view from the balcony, kitchen with everything you need, quiet and lack of city hustle and bustle. Recommended

The cottage is really very secluded. The nearest supermarket 20 minutes by car. So buy in beforehand. There is the possibility to eat at the Eco House or even order it there. So you don't have to cook. Otherwise the place is very nice. The hot tub is great and really the highlight of our overnight stays. Once you get in touch with the manager, you'll also get instructions on where to go.

Izo is a wonderful host, good-natured, hospitable and very cultured. She is very easy to communicate with . I rested very well, it is very quiet, everything is clean, around the mountains and beautiful landscapes and most importantly clean air. If you want to relax and enjoy the beauty of nature, you need to relax at Izo. You can taste very delicious Georgian cuisine. I recommend everyone to relax in the mountains, in the vicinity of Vatumi.

I stayed in this beautiful cottage in Buknari for about a month, and it was easily one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. If you’re looking for true privacy, serenity, and breathtaking views — this is the place. The setting is magical. From the cottage, you can see layers of lush trees, majestic mountains, the sea stretching into the horizon, and the city lights sparkling at night. On clear days, you can even spot snow-covered peaks in the far distance. The soundscape is pure nature, a constant concert of birds throughout the day. The cottage itself feels like a hidden sanctuary. It’s so comfortable, beautifully surrounded by greenery, and incredibly quiet. I honestly wish I could live there full-time. Lena is an amazing host, always nearby if needed, always smiling, and genuinely helpful. I had no issues during my stay. Everything was smooth and perfect. If you’re thinking about booking this place — do it. You won’t regret it. I’m already planning to come back.
