The location, view, service, cleanliness, and the aesthetics were fairly decent. Would highly recommend this place to my friends. Swati and Deepak are both very helpful and readily available which enhanced the stay further. Overall a very peaceful and happy stay.

It was a great property with plenty of space. Large pool and air conditioning in all rooms. Great restaurants in walkable distance. Would recommend for big groups and families. The service is also quick and the management team is always responsive.

Everything was great host was responsive. Some wifi problems but thats outside of the hosts control, hard to get phone data on property. Overall though, it was clean, luxurious and accessible.

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

We had a great stay. It is located in a very peaceful area and surrounded by many trees. Suril is a great host and very responsive. Reaching Ashwem beach takes 7-8 minutes on scooty, mandrem beach takes about 15 minutes on scooty. Many restaurants and cafes on the Main beach road. The air bnb is located little away from the main road and a scooty is recommended to go to the nearby grocery stores. Daily cleaning service is provided free of cost. Overall, it's a great value for the money charged.

overall we had a very pleasant stay, we did not face any issue at all. everything was well communicated and taken care of. The place is located nicely near to the beach and great restaurant yet distant enough to have a pieceful vacation without any noise There are ample great spots to hang out in evening or at the beach - everything was 5 mins away would highly recommended if you are planning to stay in palolem

A cosy aesthetic and quiet place. 5 mins walk to beach/ beach shacks and actually gets sea breeze during parts of the day. The open goa-style windows on all walls made for a great ventilation. A view of green fields from most windows is added bonus. The studio room itself is well equipped as described and is good to take care of needs of two people for short or long term stay. All appliances were fairly well maintained and functioned properly. Ritu as a host was proactive and helpful all through. We booked Allys guesthouse in Varca. and it was at one of the prime locations but still away from the din and bustle of the crowd. Betalbatim, Varca and Benaulim are the nearest beaches just 10 15 mins drive away with amazing vibes. And the stay was peaceful and hassle-free. I would definitely book with Ally again for my Goa vacations.
