Townhome holiday rentals in Goa

Host was very kind and helpful, location was very nice, walking distance from beach.

We had a great stay at this B&B in Goa! There was plenty of space for our group of four, and the location was spot on—tucked away in a quiet estate but just minutes from the beach. Shops and restaurants were really close too, which was super convenient. It was boiling hot, but thankfully, the air-conditioning in the bedrooms worked well, which was a lifesaver. We didn’t end up using the pool, but it’s right outside if you fancy a dip. Shiny was fantastic with her communication—super proactive and made sure we had everything we needed, even though we didn’t get to meet her. All in all, a solid choice for a relaxing stay!

Great room, very clean and comfortable. The location is perfect, it's right off the beach with lots of restaurants and shopping nearby, but still peaceful.

Quelques jours entre amis passés chez Shiny. Petite résidence en retrait de la route, un gardien à l'entrée et une belle végétation. Maison spacieuse et bien entretenue. Les matelas pourraient être changés car très durs au couchage. Shiny est une hôte très réactive, dispo pour toute question. Petits commerces et restauration à 5 mn à pied. Problème d'entretien de la piscine mais très difficile avec ces températures. Shiny a contacté le personnel d'entretien mais problème persistant. C'est une piscine collective donc difficile à maîtriser.

We were a group of 10 people staying at the villa and we had an absolutely amazing time. There were indeed no problems we faced throughout our stay. Anil and Sunil both were excellent hosts, giving us suggestions to visit different places and communicating very well whenever we needed help. The villa was air conditioned as well. Our caretaker and Pankaj ji were also really helpful and were just a call away whenever we needed anything. The villa was cleaned everyday after we left! Since it was a gated community, there were no issues for safety as well. Overall, we had a marvellous time staying at the villa with no problems faced. Would highly recommend it!

The property is very well maintained but the highlight of the trip is the service, its simply awesome and the folks are all so friendly. I would highly recommend this place for a group, we were 12 individuals and we could not have asked for a better place to meet up after a long time and unwind

Booked this property for my mother and my aunts who were visiting Goa for the first time. This property made them feel at home while being able to head out and enjoy all that South Goa has to offer. Host was super responsive and helpful, self check in instructions were easy and will definitely recommend. Stay was clean and well equipped.

This Villa exceeded my expectations! Location is fantastic - hardly 20min to the beach, few minutes to the restaurants/bars and just extra couple of minutes to sightseeing! Caretaker is definitely a credit to this villa - extremely helpful, polite and go an extra mile for you. Swimming pool area is amazing -The villa itself and rooms are spotlessly clean. Will definitely return again on my next trip to here.

Our stay at the villa was nothing short of exceptional! This 4-bedroom property is the perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and convenience, offering everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. The Villa: The villa itself is stunning, with spacious and beautifully decorated bedrooms, each designed for maximum comfort. The open living areas were ideal for spending quality time together, while still providing privacy when needed. The fully equipped kitchen was a dream for anyone who enjoys cooking or wants to prepare their own meals. The Pool: The pool was a highlight of the property! It was well-maintained, with crystal-clear water, and surrounded by a gorgeous patio area perfect for lounging and soaking up the sun. Whether it was a morning swim or an evening dip, it added so much to our experience. Service: The full-time caretaker and property manager were outstanding. The caretaker ensured the villa was spotless and attended to our needs promptly and graciously.

The stay was remarkable in terms of cleanliness, facilities and specially our point of contact was really helpful to us. the pool is clean and very well maintained. place has all the facilities a family needs and comfortable to stay in. would definitely recommend for a wonderful time

I had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. It felt like a home away from home. The neighborhood was peaceful and conveniently located. What really made the experience special was the host. She was incredibly kind, responsive, and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. From helpful local tips to a smooth check-in process, their hospitality made me feel genuinely welcome. You can tell they really care about their guests. This place felt just like home with the colva beach at a walkable distance from the stay it was quite fun..also you sleep very well here something about the homely ambiance.. the host is very polite, considerate and very responsive. We had a wonderful stay at Reniors' place. It's a beautifully updated, modern apartment in a quiet complex, with a mix of local residents and holiday renters. The location is perfect — just a short walk to the main road with plenty of restaurants, and only about a 20-minute walk to the beach. Parking was convenient with a spot right in front. The only suggestion would be to have two keys available instead of just one, for added convenience. Also, note that you'll need to bring your own amenities (towels, shampoo, etc.), as these are not provided. Overall, it was a lovely stay.
