We had a wonderful stay at this Villa. It was close to many amazing places and staff was super helpful. Will definitely visit again!

We reached Goa early morning and we also contacted our hosts since the checkin was at 2pm and glad that they were very responsive and helpful!! And they also asked us to check in by 1 hour prior since we reached early, once we reached the stay me and my friends felt like a home!! The whole property is aesthetically designed with all the modern amenities which has pool and also a private garden. The villa is located in a peaceful location which was a plus point to a people like me to be away from the chaos! And whenever we needed something we used to reach out to our host and the response was highly quick and if any problem was arised, it was fixed in a short span!! Overall the stay was complete 10/10 recommendation to anyone looking for a peaceful stay, we all enjoyed it and it was quite difficult for us to leave this beautiful property at the end. And definitely would love to come back here again!!

Raavi's villa in Assagao is a hidden gem in the heart of Assagao, Goa. A very tastefully restored and designed Portuguese villa nestled in the wilderness of Goa. The villa is fully equipped with everything one needs to have a comfortable and enjoyable holiday. The caretaker also prepared us breakfast every morning and was always available at our disposal. Raavi is super responsive and attentive to guests and we feel lucky to have had the privilege of having lived in the house and being hosted by Raavi and his wonderful on ground team. we definitely intend to come back soon.

Honest Review: A Perfect Getaway Spot for Large Groups & Families We recently stayed at this amazing property and had an absolutely wonderful experience. If you're planning a trip with a large group — especially with kids — this place is just perfect! The living room and balcony are super spacious, giving everyone plenty of room to relax, chat, and just enjoy each other’s company. There’s a TV and a Bluetooth speaker provided, which added a nice touch for entertainment during our stay. The rooms were very clean, and the bathrooms were hygienic and well-maintained with surprisingly good quality water — something that’s often overlooked but so important. The air conditioning in all rooms worked really well, which was a total blessing considering the hot climate during our visit. We were also impressed by the swimming pool — sparkling clean and just the right size for both kids and adults to enjoy. Plus, the parking space easily accommodated 4 to 5 cars, which made arrivals and depart

We had an amazing stay at Jayant’s villa! The property is absolutely top class –The highlight was definitely the huge private pool, which made our trip extra special. The location couldn’t be better – right in the heart of North Goa, just minutes away from all the popular clubs, beach shacks, and top restaurants. We stayed at an Airbnb Casa Sqeria, Although the standard check-in time was 2:00 PM, we arrived early, around 10:00 AM. Initially, we just planned to leave our luggage and explore the area, but the caretaker, Shubham and Joel were incredibly kind and welcoming. They arranged a temporary room for us to freshen up and rest, which was a thoughtful gesture and made us feel instantly at home. The room was spacious, clean, and cozy. The bathroom was neat and well-maintained, with fresh towels and toiletries provided. We were also given bottled water. The ambience of the place was really beautiful and peaceful perfect for a relaxing getaway. The property had a warm, homely vibe. There were friendly dogs on the premises, as well as some fishes and turtles, which added a charming and lively touch to the stay. On the terrace, there was a small but cozy swimming pool, ideal for a quick dip and relaxation. Overall, it was a delightful experience, and the hospitality truly stood out.

The best part of my experience was Tanuja Ma’am’s thoughtful care — she stayed in touch and ensured we were comfortable and safe all the way until we reached back home. That kind of genuine concern really stood out and made us feel truly valued. Highly recommended for anyone looking for great service and a caring team!

Had a great stay at Grants place. Nigel and grant were helpful in offering recommendations. The place was clean, very very well equipped for the 2 week stay.

We had a lovely stay at Saksham place. Incredibly peaceful and private. Very smooth check in and Saksham accommodated us with an early check in. He was also quick to respond to any questions we had. The balcony was amazing to relax on in the mornings with a coffee. My partner loved the swing (I feel we may be purchasing one after this stay for our own balcony) We spent many mornings there watching all of the local wildlife. It’s nicely located where everything is a short drive away. All in all we would most certainly stay here again and are looking forward to returning later on in the year. Thankyou Saksham.

I was here for 2 days of stay, This place was heaven trust me the rain made every moment worth it, You will experience an amazing scenic views of mountains from your balcony ( make some coffee or tea ), the place was so specious for me and the pool is also nice. When u enter the property you will feel so so fresh, Try to breathe in some air straight away ..xD Overall 10/9 for this amazing property

Great stay. amenities are great. specially for family with child. kitchen set-up is nice. Host Ayushi is very helpful. even for small thing like Wi-Fi, she specially arranged person to check and corrected. Overall will like to stay there again.

We traveled from Chennai to Goa with my 2 year old son, we were very precise that we required a very clean good and hygiene place due to our baby and this stay was pretty amazing, it looked exactly like the pictures, a very warm and cozy home, a beautiful surrounding, the house was equipped with all cooking essentials which helped us prepare hassle free meals, it was a home away from home, the swimming pool was clean in the community , the caretaker was very helpful, overall I highly recommend this stay for a beautiful experience in Goa. The careful selection of Sofa-cum-bed is what caters for a family of 04. Otherwise giest has to book for 02 bedrooms. This has helped to choose this location. The society is extreamly peaceful and the pool is very clean. it's good that care takers have kept the pool filtration on as per their laid down SOP and not based on guest using it. Great place

Everything is good in and wonderful because the co- host and tanvi was very helpful and they do great hospitality with the traveller, the room was very clean and every item of kitchen was there , my experience is very good with the apartment.

We had the most wonderful stay here! The place was exactly as shown in the pictures, actually, even better in real life. It looked like something right out of a Pinterest board—thoughtfully done up, full of charm and aesthetics, and every corner felt like it was designed with love. It was spotlessly clean and so well maintained. Truly a premium property in every sense. Salil was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. I had mentioned that we were celebrating my baby’s first birthday, and to our surprise, he even sent over some sweets to make it extra special. It meant a lot! This place turned out to be everything I was hoping for and more. Honestly, we were so taken by the vibe that we didn’t feel like stepping out to explore much—just being indoors felt like a vacation in itself. Just know that this place is not close to any of the beaches or touristy spots—so plan accordingly. But if you’re looking to slow down and soak in a peaceful, beautiful space, this one’s a gem.

Savio's place was a wonderful stay. They have a beautiful apartment, well designed and maintained. We felt comfortable and well provided for, compared to the many AirBnb's we've stayed in over the years. They were also very responsive to any questions or issues we had. Will surely love to visit the place again sometime soon.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment was super clean, cozy, and felt just like home. All the check-in details were shared clearly, so settling in was very easy. The location was peaceful and perfect for exploring nearby spots. The host was extremely responsive and helpful throughout our stay. When we needed to extend our trip and this place wasn’t available, he quickly arranged his second apartment for us …which was equally great! Overall, a smooth and comfortable experience. Would definitely come back. Thank you for everything!
