I had a truly wonderful stay at Kate’s flat in Proszków. The apartment was spotless, beautifully arranged, and equipped with everything one might need for a comfortable stay. The peaceful surroundings offered a perfect escape from the noise of the city, while still being close enough to Warsaw for convenience. Kate was an exceptional host—kind, responsive, and genuinely caring. You can tell she has put a lot of thought into every detail of the space. I especially appreciated the calm atmosphere and the feeling of home the moment I walked in. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a cozy, serene place with a touch of charm near Warsaw. We rented the house for a family gathering with a larger group (more than 20 people), which was served by a catering company on the culinary side. We and our guests , who stayed for 1-2 nights, really enjoyed the house. The house is very functional and you can feel like you are in your own home, and its location provides a lot of privacy and breath from the noise of the city. A large plot of greenery, beautiful trees and flowers invites you to enjoy outdoor relaxation, and there is also a place to play ball, or have breakfast outdoors, also using the grill on the terrace. We all said that we would love to stay longer and think about it when we look here again. Contacting hosts is cordial and impeccable. I highly recommend THIS HOME! :-)

This house has won the heart of our company! The inside was very cozy, clean and spacious. Inside there was everything you need for a large group, there are a lot of shops and excellent infrastructure nearby. Renata was a very helpful and good-natured host who made our weekend amazing. We will definitely return to this house!
