The apartment was as pictured—clean, comfortable, and accommodating. The location is great, with easy access to downtown. One thing to note is that the stairs leading to the unit are quite narrow and steep, which could be a consideration for anyone with mobility concerns. Overall, a solid stay in a convenient spot.

I loved staying at Nelly’s property. First, I had space to park the SUV inside the property. Nelly answered all my questions and was very attentive and respectful in her responses. The place is safe, clean, and I didn’t have any issues with noise. If I were to come back, I would definitely stay at her property again. It was close to all the places I wanted to visit (Indepence Hall, Liberty Bell, etc.) My son and I felt comfortable at the property. Philly is Philly, but this place felt like home during our short stay.

Wonderful place! It was just as described and would be a great place for a nice get away to Philly! Host was awesome and pool table looked like a lot of fun!! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a great place in Philly to spend a few nights in.

We had a lovely time at the Lemon St. place while visiting family in Media. The location is great for access to the many local businesses, and the town is very walkable. We highly recommend Warren's place!

I would definitely stay here again, I felt safe, parking lot was right next to the building The apartment was clean, and the bed was extremely comfortable best sleep I’ve had in weeks, I travel a lot. The only negative is the paid parking if you didn’t find street parking which only allowed an hourly rate up to six hours or evening flat rate which was inexpensive 12.45 but expired at 5am so if you are a late sleeper set an alarm, otherwise I love this place and definitely recommend.

Great stay! Such a great location! I walked everywhere from here. It’s a little under 3 miles from the train station. Are at South Street Barbacoa (great tacos, cash only), Paesanos in the Italian market (AMAZING sandwich). The Magic Gardens morning tour before they open to the public (also maybe a 20 min walk) was incredible. The public hammocks on the waterfront were very cool and you can get drinks and a bite. The place was very very clean and comfortable. There is a little air conditioner fan but it’s on the top floor so a tad warm in the bedroom (living was cool) but still sleep able! Very responsive host.

We had a nice time at Andrea’s place . It was clean and close to public transportation which made it great to get to Philadelphia for a concert and not have to drive .

Beautiful home! Looked just like the photos and Jacob was very helpful and responsive! Close to restaurants and attractions. Nice and clean. Will definitely stay again in the future

I am the queen of reading every single review before I book a place and I’ll save you the trouble of doing so and highly advise you book Greg’s place in Philly! This jawn is where you want to be when visiting the city of Brotherly Love! It’s walkable, it’s clean, it’s quiet, it’s amazing!!!

We really enjoyed our short stay. The apartment was super clean and comfortable. We were able to spend some quality time together catching up and didn't have the annoyance of loud neighbors or streets. Very pleased!

Great spot! Was here for a job interview (landed it! :)) and the last thing I needed to be stressing about was a bnb. Very nice place, quiet and had no trouble sleeping. Had everything I could've needed and only a 3 min walk to PennVet. Lovely host. Definitely would stay again!

The place was super charming and very comfortable. Just like the description. Denise was very responsive and left lots of helpful info. Her guidance on parking was particularly helpful. Parking is a challenge around there. The neighborhood has some fairly rough edges to be sure, even with the charm of the Italian Market. So its important to understand that. But overall it was completely fine and I will absolutely consider staying there again.

My husband and I had a great overnight stay here! The apartment has updated appliances and bathroom fixtures along with modern furniture, and the place was spotless. Chen sent us helpful instructions prior to our arrival, followed up to make sure check in went okay, and gave check out reminders. She also left a welcome binder with many suggestions! The place has helpful labels as well so everything is clear and easy to find. We would stay here again if we visit Philly again.

This is a great private neighborhood and the home has both a relaxing living room and a balcony to choose from for down time. Would gladly stay here again.

Jon was an awesome host. Quick and responsive! Amenities were also as described. The only thing I think I was disappointed with was the location. It’s walkable but a little sketchy depending on where you’re walking. I still think Jon was great and overall, I’d recommend his Airbnb to anyone going to Philly.

Spent a few days in Philadelphia for a graduation. The home was located in a convenient area with pubic transportation right outside the door. We traveled to campus several times a day and it was easy to get there and back. Spacious and comfortable during our stay. Parking is across the street but easily walkable to the home. Easy check in/out.

The place was amazing. It was very clean and honestly spotless. Drelynn was very responsive. I will note that the place didn't have pots and pans for cooking though.

The bed was very comfy I enjoyed the jacuzzi just wish the water came out a little faster other than that I have no complaints definitely will be booking again!!!

My stay at Christopher's apartment was an all-around positive experience. The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped – just as described. The location is quiet yet well connected, making it a great base for exploring Philadelphia. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. What stood out the most was Christopher’s hospitality: he was always available, very helpful, and even gave me great restaurant recommendations that really enhanced my stay. Check-in was smooth and everything went perfectly. I’d definitely come back and can warmly recommend this place!

This Airbnb was excellent! The neighborhood could be a little nosy, but they were very responsive and the Airbnb itself was very cool with lots of space for our large party to stay in! Great fellowship!
