Quiet and cozy, very friendly host. Close to the location. I was going to. I would definitely stay here again, comfortable, space.

Powerhouse Group did not disappoint. Beautiful small private deck overlooking Fishtown was an added highlight. The in unit washer and dryer was convenient. The Recommendations for sights in the city and popular restaurants made our stay hassle-free. I'm definitely booking again!!!!

Beautiful place in an amazing area. The pictures does not give this place justice, it felt bigger than expected. Host was very responsive and helpful. Had no issues while staying here. It is an old church so sound does carry a bit, but all the tents were very considerate. Location is great, just a short walk to public transport and good eats. Felt safe and friendly. No issues.

This place was so good. Exactly like the listing. There were two things that were concerning. 1. It seems like the cleaners missed a few spots. There were single lashes on the floors. 2.The walls were very thin. The neighbors were loud and bump and ground all night and it felt like I was in bed with them. However, Jose was amazing. The location was amazing.

2nd time staying at Anna’s place and anticipate a 3rd stay in the near future! Communication is good, place itself is clean, quiet, centrally located. My wife and I both feel this is our “go to” airbnb when we need a place to stay in that area. Thank you!!

This was our first time visiting Philadelphia and I am so glad we picked this location. The unit is beautiful, spacious, and clean. The neighborhood has several walkable coffee shops, restaurants, bar, and lounges. Highly recommended!

Clean and comfortable for long stays

The place was immaculately clean and peaceful. Check-in was also easy. Highly recommend.

Location: 15 min to University City, 15 to sports complex, 25 to airport. Fishtown looks rough, but it seems up and coming. Young families walking around during the day, nightlife and restaurants in the evening. Unit: 4th floor with stairs, so be aware if you have mobility issues or many/heavy bags. Rooms were spacious and shared spaces were very bright, beds were comfortable. Free parking lot is on the next block, and it felt safe parking there overnight. Street parking can be found, just check signs for parking limits. Noise: elevated train tracks are right in front and the station is almost next door. Convenient if you want to take the train, but you can definitely hear them. Hubby had no problems sleeping and he's a lighter sleeper. I used the earplugs provided and had no trouble either. Most city dwellers would probably not even notice, but we are wimpy suburbanites. Hosts: William was super responsive and proactive.

Diane's place was quiet, restful, beautiful, and comfortable. There are a lot of thoughtful details throughout. I had no trouble sleeping here, which is unusual for me when I travel. Diane also went out of her way to help me out with transportation a couple of times, which I appreciated because I didn't have a car for this trip. The regional train stop (SEPTA) is 5 minutes away, and you can get to Center City in about 20-25 minutes by train. The hot tub was a big bonus after a long day of workshops at Swarthmore. I hope to stay here again and highly recommend Diane's place to others staying in the Philadelphia area.

Spent a few days in Philadelphia for a graduation. The home was located in a convenient area with pubic transportation right outside the door. We traveled to campus several times a day and it was easy to get there and back. Spacious and comfortable during our stay. Parking is across the street but easily walkable to the home. Easy check in/out.

The place was amazing. It was very clean and honestly spotless. Drelynn was very responsive. I will note that the place didn't have pots and pans for cooking though.

My stay at Christopher's apartment was an all-around positive experience. The place was clean, modern, and well-equipped – just as described. The location is quiet yet well connected, making it a great base for exploring Philadelphia. The neighborhood felt safe and pleasant. What stood out the most was Christopher’s hospitality: he was always available, very helpful, and even gave me great restaurant recommendations that really enhanced my stay. Check-in was smooth and everything went perfectly. I’d definitely come back and can warmly recommend this place!

This Airbnb was excellent! The neighborhood could be a little nosy, but they were very responsive and the Airbnb itself was very cool with lots of space for our large party to stay in! Great fellowship!
