Highland loch-side, 2 bed house with amazing view.

"Dail an Fheidh" (gaelic for "Deer Field") is a 2 bedroom house situated on the beautiful shores of Loch Linnhe. The house is set in an acre of field and has direct access to the loch. There are amazing views over to Ben Nevis and red deer graze near the house, all year long. A 40 minute drive will take you to the popular town of Fort William or head west to explore the stunning Ardnamurchan Peninsula. You can use the Corran Ferry to access the house, but please note, we are not on an island.

Briar Barn in Forest Location by Loch Ness

Briar Barn is a self contained, converted barn which sits next to Auchterawe House. It is a warm and cosy affair with heaps of rustic features including exposed stone walls and beamed ceilings and a log burning stove. The spacious converted barn boasts a fully fitted kitchen, Wi-Fi , Freeview Tv in the lounge and in the bedrooms , comfy lounge and dining area, a fully tiled Shower room with a heated towel rail, 2 bedrooms and a patio where you can sit and enjoy the tranquil, mesmorising views.

The Wee Knoll

This peaceful and private location in the heart of the Highlands provides a great base for those who enjoy the outdoors or the peace and quiet to relax. It is the perfect spot for walking, cycling, fishing, skiing, water sports and wildlife spotting. It is a central point on the Great Glen Way meaning nothing is too far from here such as Loch Ness or Ben Nevis. It is also on the way to Skye meaning it provides a perfect stopover to recharge before carrying on through the Highlands.

Cottage 4, Knockie Estate, Loch Ness, Whitebridge

The Knockie Cottage is a 2-bedroom cottage with bathroom and private access. Enjoy the views of the Highlands (approx 27 miles from Inverness) with its beautiful open countryside and mountains. Just outside you have Loch Knockie that attracts a variety of wildlife and is great for trout fly fishing. Enjoy fishing in the private Loch nan Lann. The Cottage is perfectly situated for explore Loch Ness and enjoy hiking the beautiful hills.

A delightful place to stay and newly finished in May 2019 'The Wee House' can be found right next door to our own (slightly bigger) house, 'Heisgeir'. We will be on hand just next door to give you a warm welcome and to ensure your stay with us, and whilst you explore the Skye and Lochalsh area , is both enjoyable and peaceful. Being born and brought up in the area we hope our local knowledge will allow you make the most of your trip.

The Road to Skye - The Studio @ Ceannacroc Lodge

Ground floor annex to the lodge, off the road to Skye. Wonderful mountain scenery & riverside location. Light & airy, with French windows facing south. Two bedrooms suited to 2 single adults, or a family with 2 children, the studio can also accommodate two couples. The Little Skye Bothy

We have replaced our Little Skye Bothy in 2022. Same view but a little more space and you still have your own piece of tranquility with outstanding views to the loch and the mountains. There will be more photos to follow soon. The pod has kitchen facilities, 2 ring hob and microwave (no oven). There is a shower room, breakfast bar and stools, TV and wifi is available.
