Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Glen Iris

Very nice unit in a big housing complex, though very quiet and private. I have been in the same building before, privacy is different from unit to unit. Been very clean and well equipped. Sharon and Ian have been super responsive and were very kind! I can only recommend them!

Before I start, I'll tell you the end; you should stay here if you ever get the chance! From the first moment I contacted Helen with an enquiry, to their final goodbye message, they were the best hosts I've ever experienced. They were super friendly, responded ridiculously quick, gave great recommendations and truly felt they loved you staying at their place. And Amy, who let us in, was just as brilliant and welcoming! As for the unit, it was super-clean, had an awesome view, was quiet and secure and was the type of place you wish you could style your own like. The kitchen fit-out was top notch and the pantry was full of great staples if you ever wanted to cook. However, why would you cook at this end of the cbd with restaurants, bars, cafes and laneway hideouts galore? I love staying at their Spring St end of town and this place just made it even better.

Sarah’s place is a good find. Conveniently located near downtown Melbourne. She was very responsive. Incredible views of downtown Melbourne from her place. You have to pick up the key from a local grocery store (which worked fine) and there is only one key, but overall the stay was great. Excellent swimming pool and gym. Recommend staying here! Good value!

This house was very convenient. Colsmart is a minute's walk away, and delicious cafes and restaurants are also 1.2 minutes' walk away. The pool is great. Public transportation such as the subway, tram, and bus is easy, and it's close to the city, so it's only about $25 for an Uber ride. Cheng is a kind and wonderful host who responds immediately to every message and puts guests first.

I found the photos did not do the place justice. The Mantra hotel was clean, perfect location for Asian cuisine, free trams, shopping, and many hidden bars and cafés. The place had that classic hotel apartment vibe of a busy city; more spacious than anticipated and a real home away from home. Communication for check in was exceptional, and their attentiveness to our needs lovely. Would highly recommend, and will be using again!

After a brief snafu with check-in (shout out to Air BnB Support who was very helpful) the rest of the trip was a dream! Jason's place looks exactly like the photos and is in a GREAT location. The cafe downstairs was a perfect first stop for each day and all the restaurant options made it hard to leave the area. If you're wondering whether or not to book this place, stop hesitating and get it! I love Melbourne and I'm so glad I've found a spot to come back to the next time I visit. Jason was a proactive host, sharing clear check-in and check-out details ahead of time.

Our stay was an amazing experience, Henfry was very responsive and instructions were very clear and easy to understand. The view was absolutely breathtaking, place was spotless and cosy. Definitely worth every penny, highly recommended.

Andrew was the perfect host - he was super helpful, responsive and offered to stay up late in case I had issues getting in, given my late arrival time. Communication was great and very open to helping where possible. The apartment itself was lovely and views were fantastic being on the top floor. You could still hear a lot of the traffic and trams however so perhaps bring ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper but otherwise not a big deal, just one of the things about being in an urban area. I was there for work so was a very quick stay but it was a close walk for where I needed to be which was great, thanks for having me Andrew and being a fantastic host!

Its an apartment with a magnificent view across Melbourne, right next to the incredible Victoria Market and the thumping heart of the centre of the city. Yet it is peaceful and quiet. The pool is long and lovely and there is a gym too. Selina was wonderful and responsive. Would definitely come back if I visited Melbourne again.

Great host, great place to stay!

The stay at David’s place was amazing! The flat was very clean and tidy, with abundant amenities. The view is breathtaking and exceptional, viewing the landscapes of melbourne with beautiful glass windows. David is also friendly and nice, tried his best to accommodate our needs and requests. Overall the stay has been superb!

Repeat customers and love coming and staying here. So close to the city and the tennis and the footy and the river bank. Great communication and extremely helpful in answering any questions. Thanks again and look forward to our next stay.

A great stay, just on the edge of China town, the food in the area is incredible. Aside from endless food and drink the stay itself was perfect. A great space, the photos of the place honestly don’t do it justice. Having a night in the high rise with the city views is just a good time all around. Grantley, was incredibly responsive and was flexible when we needed something. We would stay here again without thought. Truly sad to have to check out! Till next time.

We had a great stay here. Rooms are nice and cozy. Cute balcony lights and nice kitchen. Love the decoration and design of this house. Brendan and Lisa were very responsive and helpful. Definitely worth the money. Will come back again

This place was amazing! From the moment I made the booking, Nicola was responsive and very welcoming to deal with. Nothing was missed and everything was taken care of from milk in the fridge to treats upon our arrival. The beds were comfy and the house was warm and stylish. We really had a fantastic stay and would not hesitate to recommend staying there to anyone.

It was walking distance to the best pubs and restaurants in Melbourne. The beds were very comfy. It was stylish and clean. The host was friendly and super responsive… and helped me pick up my forgotten rings after checkout in a lovely way. One room was whisper quiet. The other had some traffic noise, but nothing but normal car sounds. If you’re looking to explore Collingwood, Smith St and Brunswick st it’s pretty much the perfect spot!

One of the best AirBNB’s we have stayed at. Lovely quiet house with comfortable beds, lovely bathrooms and amazing kitchen. Really well set up and good access to public transport. Harrison was a terrific host as well. I would highly recommend this place.
