Monthly Rentals in Gilpin County

We experienced the tranquility of country life, away from the noise, the place was cozy. We enjoyed nature and hiking, strolled around, went down to the village and relaxed walking in its quiet and attractive main street with fabulous local shops, enjoyed a meal in a local restaurant and very nice people so friendly. Thank you very much for such a pleasant stay 😃🙂‍↔️

This place was wonderful. The house is gorgeous. It's tucked back in its own little peice of forest paradise. Probably one of my favorite places to stay, bar none. I could have stayed here forever.

We had a great stay at Tim's place! We spend a lot of time between Golden Gate Canyon State park and Nederland/Rollinsville, and his place is perfectly situated in between all those! Loved the space, beds and couch were comfy as well. Tim was responsive if I had a question. Would love to stay again when we are out here again fall of next year!!

A lot of rentals take pictures to make the house seem bigger than it actually is, this place was even better than we expected. It comfortably fit all 10 of us and we still had plenty of room. The upstairs movie theatre was perfect for gaming.
