Very comfortable apartment in a convenient location to shops, restaurants and a few minutes walk from the ferry boarding. The fact that it overlooks the waterfront makes it easy to get around the country even with a stroller. Alessandra’s place is just as described. Located right in town it was charming to step out the door and be steps from a bakery and restaurants in town. The house has everything needed for a comfortable stay and was very clean. Alessandra was very responsive and helpful.

The perfect location if you are looking to relax. We especially enjoyed the pool and the stunning view over the the valley and the ocean. Arnoldo and Paula are lovely hosts who were very attentive and happy to help with everything from restaurant reservations to sightseeing recommendations. Thank you for having us!

We were there in May and we really enjoyed it. We were able to check in flexibly and everything was prepared. The house and location is very nice. The children could move freely (a swing was even set up). The pool and pool landscape invites you to relax, swim and splash. The kitchen is absolutely sufficient and the barbecue is a great addition. There is a very comfortable Hollywood swing where you can make yourself comfortable. The shopping in the village is great: supermarket (long opening hours), bakery, butcher, fish shop (the three of them have to pay attention to the opening hours). The pizzeria on the corner and the pizzeria Illegale are delicious. You can also eat well at Oasis or Sotto Sale. There are also many good restaurants in the village of Montalto di Castro. As sights I would recommend the Terme Saturnia and Il Giardino della Maremma. Beach is Kings Beach great. Thank you for everything. See you soon.

Bruno's house is very pleasant, all renovated and tastefully furnished. Everything was very clean and new. The plus of the apartment is also the outdoor space we used for beautiful aperitifs, and in summer I think it can also be used for breakfast. Montemerano is a jewel ( and also all the surroundings and the Montemeranes) and so is Bruno's space, just inside the walls.

Porto Santo Stefano is on the back side of an island that pictures cannot capture! Had no problem finding the location, but did need to communicate with the care taker who did not speak English. I did not expect it and with hand gestures and google translator we got the job done! The Sea is certainly the star of the house and there were wonderful masks and fins of all sizes to use to explore the sea! The pool was reachable by car but walking was a little tricky with the thinness of the road. Once arriving at the restaurant who had a fully stocked bar and then going down to the pool level there were lifeguards for the pool as well as the sea. Ample chairs and umbrellas with restroom facilities with kickboards were all available.

If you are looking for a calm and cozy holiday, then this house is for you. It has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The house is equipped with absolutely everything, spacious and cozy, with a good swimming pool, there is even a sauna. The nearest beach is 2 minutes by car, but if you want, you can walk ( about 1.5 km). Chiara was very welcoming and quick to respond to any questions we had. Transportation is required, because there is no infrastructure nearby (the nearest supermarket is about 4 km from the house) We were very satisfied with our stay. Thank you so much 😊

Our experience in this villa was simply perfect. Nestled in the beautiful countryside, the house offers an oasis of peace and beauty, with a lovely swimming pool where you can completely relax. The host was very kind, always available and attentive to every detail: we felt welcomed as if we were at home from the first moment. Everything was impeccable – from the cleanliness to the lovingly cared for spaces. A truly unforgettable stay. We will definitely be back!

Anthony’s villa in Tuscany exceeded our expectations in every way. The home itself was exceptionally clean, quiet, and thoughtfully curated. The photos of the gardens don’t do it justice - Agnese and Claudio do a spectacular job as caretakers of the grounds and there are so many locations on the property to relax and have space to yourself during a group trip. The kitchen was well-stocked (we had a group that loves to cook and they had everything we needed), and dining al fresco was magical with the views from the two tables outside. We ended up cancelling plans toward the end of our stay just so we could be at the property more and enjoy all the spaces and amenities (pool, bocce, hot tub, lounge bed outside for reading, workout equipment). Our only regret was not making it to more of Anthony’s recommendations - the wine store in Scansano was top notch - we will just have to return!

Amazing apartment. South-facing over a picturesque sleepy harbour. Walkable to all the shops and restaurants you need in town. Can’t wait to return.

We had a fantastic stay with the 3 kids at Manfredi’s-the location is great as you can walk into town. We loved the bar next door to the house as you could get a morning coffee & have a drink each evening literally outside the front door. Emanuele was very helpful & provided some great recommendations-we will definitely be going back.

Massimo’s apartment is wonderful. It’s very well organized, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped. The location is excellent, very close to one of the most beautiful beaches on the island. There’s convenient parking. We had a very pleasant stay!
