we had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful apartment and highly recommend it! The apartment is large, modern and stylishly furnished, with plenty of space to feel comfortable all around. Particularly impressive is the spacious balcony with breathtaking views of the sea – just perfect for relaxing and ending the day. The landlady was also extremely friendly and always quickly accessible if there were any questions or concerns. Incredible accommodation, which is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. We felt very comfortable and enjoyed every sunset on the roof terrace. The access to the sea is unbeatable and truly unique. Our stay was fantastically beautiful, the hosts are very hospitable. We fully recommend the place.

Good value for the location. Very close to the beach. Several public beaches 5-6 minute walk. A close walk to restaurants and shops (5-10 minutes) Kitchen was fully stocked of pans / dishes. Host was helpful with check in, local places to go and restaurants.

Our stay was incredibly beautiful! Guisi welcomed us very warmly, showed us everything and gave us many helpful tips. She was always available. The route on the last kilometers was a bit adventurous, but quite feasible. The accommodation is secluded from the hustle and bustle, which ensures absolute peace, but also means that shopping facilities are about half an hour away. It didn't bother us, because we were able to plan it well. The view and the beach were absolute highlights! In the morning and evening, we had the beach all to ourselves, so our dog could romp in the waves undisturbed. The kitchen is excellently equipped with a microwave, gas stove, sufficient pots and pans as well as several espresso machines. Only one oven is missing. We were there in June and it was already quite warm. For heat-sensitive guests, it should be mentioned that, as stated in the description, there is no air conditioning. It was just too

The place is a good base to visit local hill top villages and to access the beach. The hosts were very responsive and we enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay at Cinzia’s place. Spotless clean, minutes away from the beach. We were happy to have all the comforts of home and the apartment had all the needed essentials. The location was very convenient in a residential area, 3 minute walk to the beach and within 5 minute drive to supermarkets or the centre. Cinzia was a great host, welcoming and kind and helpful. Hope to return soon, we loved our stay in Castiglione, a great addition to our favourite Italian destinations ❤️❤️❤️

Teresa is a really kind and helpful host, she made us find the house perfectly ready and gave us lots of directions to make the most of the house and the area. The outdoor space is splendid. The interior of the house is equipped with everything you need. The location is great for reaching both Porto Santo Stefano and the nearby coves. In a few minutes by car you can reach many other places. Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

We had a wonderful stay in this house. Our family of five stayed upstairs and grandma could comfortably come dine with us then retreat to her own apartment downstairs. The kids loved having the beach just a stone's throw away and the fact that you can walk into town via the old train line is really great. We had everything we needed to dine in, though one of the best restaurants we ate at during our stay was a local recommendation that Michela made. We used the house as a base to drive around the island looking for secret beaches and exploring the surrounding towns then would return in the evening to drink wine in the secluded garden. It is really a great property!

A fantastic place to relax. We were looking for tranquility and relaxation and got our money's worth. A beautiful house with sea views and sea access. We got quick help when we needed a screw that we had lost on a device from us.

The Apartment is located in the heart of Porto Santo Stefano. Haven, mare Lingo and boulevard leaf with restaurants within a few minutes' walk. The place is very well utilized - everything is present in a few square meters. From rainshower Up to ambient lighting. Sparkling clean; lovely bed. Recommended!

Good location close to the city. Convenient parking and public charging for EVs nearby. Also close to several beaches to explore by car or bike.

House in a magnificent location. 20 steps and you are standing on the beach. Reserved parking spot and outdoor space. Basement house with walls against the floor a little damp due to the recent rains but dehumidifier and heating were provided to fix it. The house is spacious, comfortable, well furnished and equipped with everything you need. Very kind and very helpful owner. Highly recommend.

Laura’s apartment is very cozy and well equipped, you can feel it is a family home. I enjoyed a lot staying there for 2 weeks, it is spacious, and close enough to walk everywhere , yet more secluded in a quieter area, with peace and silence.

We had a most relaxing stay at Chiara’s place. Right by the water. The view was amazing from the deck. We were there off season so many restaurants were closed, but that was fine for us. Walking the quieter boardwalk and beach was what our souls needed. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed in the app for 12 days. "Olive tree house" ! Due to technical problems in the Tangerine Tree House, Lyza left us the larger apartment in the same house for the same price. We enjoyed the olive tree house very much. Lyza has helped us very well with many tips (restaurants, beaches) and recommendations. Nice big terrace with great sea view. We always ate outside and enjoyed the atmosphere. Just disturb the many mosquitoes! Very good location. You can walk quickly and easily to the old town and to the beach. Parking was very good and easy. You can make beautiful excursions from here. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a longer stay. Kitchen and amenities are very good. The bed is very good. The apartment (windows & doors) is equipped with good mosquito protection. The air conditioners in the bedroom and in the living room/kitchen are very good. We can absolutely recommend the apartment and would be happy to come back.

Beautiful apartment in Porto Ercole with an amazing terrace overlooking the harbour. The apartment is large, comfortable beds with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Violante and family were great hosts throughout. Highly recommended apartment in an incredible location!
