Monthly Rentals in Gharuan

This house suited us perfectly for our need. Stayed here for a night while returning home from Himachal for a pitstop. The house has two bedrooms with attached washrooms, a fully functional kitchen with a big hall. It's perfect for stays with family, parking space is ample. Proactive instructions by the host made getting there easier. Would recommend to friends and family.

A peaceful stay amidst the bustle of Mohali city. The surroundings were quiet, and the rooms were spacious, well-lit, and comfortable—even during a power outage caused by a storm. Surprisingly, it didn’t feel too hot despite our visit being in May. The host, Mandeep, was extremely proactive—alerting us about the storm, suggesting safe parking away from trees, and even offering his other property to freshen up the next morning when power and water were temporarily disrupted. Food and grocery deliveries reached the property without issue. AC and geyser charges were very nominal. Mandeep’s thoughtful approach made all the difference. it was very nice stay and rahul ji is very good and kind person also the care is very polite and humble.he help me a lot. and also the guard is very nice. i would definitely recommend this place.

The property is absolutely worth the price. Only problem was that the map location is incorrect. You will have to coordinate with the caretaker to reach the place.
