The apartment itself is spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully appointed—with a cozy living area, a fully stocked kitchenette, and plush bedding that made winding down a breeze. The neighborhood is quiet and surrounded by lush greenery, so if you’re looking to escape the hustle and bustle, this is your spot. One thing to note: the subway isn’t within immediate walking distance. The nearest station is about a 30-minute stroll, so if public transit is your primary mode, plan on taking a local bus (which runs frequently) or a quick rideshare to bridge the gap. All in all, Gichard was a responsive, friendly host, and I’d happily stay here again anytime I need a peaceful home base in Brooklyn. Highly recommended for travelers who value tranquility.

My wife and I together with our two adult kids stayed in the apartment for four nights. The apartment was very clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything you could wish for. Two bathrooms and access to the front yard was a luxury. The access to subway and buses were close by. Several groceries were in walking distance. We felt safe walking round the neighborhood. Amelia and her husband went out of the way to welcome us and be helpful. Such a pleasant family. We can strongly recommend staying in the apartment.

Easy location to get to subway from, at the price it’s good! The rooms themselves have A/C but just FYI the rest of the house does not so if it’s a super warm week it may be a little less than ideal but manageable. Again for the price, you can’t beat it! Host was great and communicated quickly.

My daughter and I came to Brooklyn not knowing anything about the area. Our stay was met with warm welcome and made us feel like we were right at home. The neighborhood is safe for walking even at night. Great location close to train and neighborhood stores. Toby and partners were amazing and I will be booking again for our next trip to the city!

Naomi was one of the best hosts I have ever had. Her place was wonderful and felt right at home. She is extremely flexible with check-in and check-out as I had an early flight and late flight. She was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had. Her place was as described and had all the amenities you need. It is also very close to the beach which is a plus. I would definitely recommend her place to anyone who wants to enjoy the beach in NY. It is a very peaceful and quiet neighborhood with several restaurants and shops to go to. I would definitely stay at her place again!
