Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Germantown

The loft was very homey and cute! Veronica was very helpful when needed. She also provided a lot of needed extras. Almost everything was within a 15 min walk! I definitely recommend for a nice get away trip.

I absolutely loved my stay! It was a lovely home and I had no issues. I do want to warn others with quite a bit of luggage that it’s a little tricky up the stairs but definitely recommend. Thank you!

Our stay at Graze House was truly exceptional! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and felt incredibly comfortable from the moment we walked in. The location was perfect and right near the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to explore. Morgan and the entire Pettigrew Adventures team was incredibly responsive and welcoming. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the welcome wine and the stocked kitchen. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and highly recommend Graze house to anyone looking for a comfortable and stylish stay in Memphis. We had an absolutely delightful experience at this charming triplex! It was truly everything my partner and I had been hoping for in our getaway. Although we packed a small fan for sleeping comfort, we discovered a lovely ceiling fan in the spacious bedroom that provided a perfect breeze throughout the night. This unit, nestled in the center of the triplex, was impressively the largest of the three, giving us ample room to relax and unwind. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, from pots and pans to cutlery, making cooking a breeze. We especially appreciated having a washer and dryer at our disposal, which allowed us to pack light and enjoy our stay without worrying about laundry. Honestly, all we really needed to bring were our clothes and a selection of groceries, as the rest was thoughtfully provided. Our stay exceeded all expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect retreat!

Amit was a very responsive host! He was available to help with any needs we may have had (we had none) but continued to check on us throughout our stay and recommended great breakfast spots! Would definitely stay again if in the Memphis area.

Great location for us. Plenty of restaurants, coffee places, bagels, and Distillery within walking distance. Chelse was quick to respond to any questions and Drew provided timely reminders for the check-in / checkout. Greatly appreciate the quick video on locating the apartment and the lockbox! Plan to stay here again on our next trip to Memphis.

Responsive and friendly host. A unique, quirky place to stay that was safe even though its outer appearance may look different. The apartment has a boho, hippy vibe with unique and fun decor and furniture. Cathy, the host, was accommodating and let us bring our pup with no worries. Her and her husband were nice to talk to in person and over the Airbnb app. We would definitely come back to this place.

The Blue Martini was exactly as advertised. I loooved the front porch swing both in the evening and in the morning. The place is eclectic and homey! Easy access, easy drive to Beale Street, and easy sleeping! There were fireworks at 10p on Friday night. Maybe that’s normal, maybe not. The back gate lock was a little complicated for us but we figured it out. But all of that was minor and I highly recommend this place and Ian’s hospitality and the location! I hope to be back some day soon!

Monty’s place was perfect! Everything was thought of, with special treats everywhere you looked to help our stay be comfortable, cozy and delightful. We especially enjoyed the fresh flowers, the snacks, the robes, fresh fruit and great coffee. We felt right at home and able to attend our family member’s graduation nearby with no problems.

Allison was great, and this home was an incredible space. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others as well!

OMG! This home was amazing!! This home was exactly like the pictures. The outside lawn and amenities were exactly like the picture. All of my questions were answered in an accurate time manner. This location was amazing; restaurants were in a great location, grocery stores were supper close, and Downtown activities were no more than 15mins away. We had 11 out of 15 girls to stay In the home. We overly enjoyed this Weekend with this home. Even our guests enjoyed the Fire, Pit, Jacuzzi, and outside Pool/Golf Course! Everything about this place was absolutely wonderful definitely worth the stay

Beautiful home, spacious and peaceful. Enjoyed being able to spend time with each other in dining/living room areas vs staying in separate hotel rooms. We were on the area for graduations, but worked well for sight seeing, too. Good location. Would recommend and would stay again.

The Home was absolutely beautiful. A Very Warm reception and Welcome as we drove up in the evening with all lights! Well lit!🔥 Lots of windows! A box of delicious donuts awaited us. The grounds around the home were also equally as amazing. The yard and pool looked extremely inviting. The retro decorum complimented the homes structure. Some issues: • The rate was inflated 15% during our visit. bed in one room was extremely soft - • low toilets in front bathrooms with no handicap accessibility for bathroom showers and toilets. Difficult using. • bathrooms need to be updated in front rooms. (Old) • First night the tv’s weren’t working. No entertainment • 2nd day Management did come to access the issues. • Management was nice, even though he was a little snarky with his communication • Ordered new remote that came the next day as he said. • Master bedroom tv was never resolved. Overall experience was clean and spacious. My family enjoyed our pricey inflated stay

The house was nice and in a very comfortable neighborhood. Easy access to the highway and lots of stores close by.

Spectacular! The condo was spotless and just as lovely as pictured. Close to Beale St, downtown, and many sights. Despite this, the area was quiet and no problems with noise at all. The building itself has interesting historical significance. Aubreyl provided detailed instructions, very easy to follow. She also provided a list of her dining recommendations, something for every possible option. After trying several, we agree with her opinion! I definitely recommend this space when staying in Memphis. Would return in a heartbeat.

This a beautiful place and the pictures don’t do any justice- for this to be downtown, it’s quite and private. The location is walkable to some great restaurants and shops .

We really enjoyed a wonderful, peaceful Mothers Day weekend. Catherine and Mary’s was fabulous and very close so we went there twice. A quiet little getaway. Thanks to Andrew for being explicit with directions, instructions and lock usage. No hiccups with checking in. We’ll be back before too long I hope. Thanks again Andrew!

This is our second stay with Mallory and Tripp. We love their condo and location. Secure parking a plus. Walking distance to Bealle Street and museums. They have hot water with good shower pressure. The bed is comfy. Love the Bohemian theme. We look forward to our next Memphis getaway with them. Thank you for your lovely accommodations.

I would happily stay here again if I'm ever in Memphis. The apartment lived up to the photos and is conveniently located for a breweries and a very short walk to the famous Sun Record Studios. Secure parking in a private garage attached to the property gives peace of mind.
