House holiday rentals in Germantown

We spent two months at Nhu’s place - it was that good! We absolutely loved the house and the amenities and the convenience of being close to Memphis and yet being in a perfect and calm and green and safe community. This place is wonderful whether for a family getaway or graduation. We highly recommend. Nhu is a fantastic host!

Adam communicated promptly from day one and was professional and friendly ! The check in details were clear and the check in was easy! the house was as described in the listing ! Very fun and lots to do all in one house ! Fun for the whole family of all ages !

The place was beautiful spacious just like the picture. The host was great at responding and rectified any situations that I had very helpful. I can’t describe how beautiful the house is. The pool area was fabulous more bedrooms than I can think of a lot of bathrooms a great place for a family gathering And had so many things that children can do inside the home games pool just chilling. It’s just a relaxed place.

My friends and I visit Memphis for a wedding there we’re 9 of us and we absolutely loved the place it was clean spacious and comfortable we had space to move around they came every two days to clean the pool very nice 10/10 Great host

The game room was amazing! We loved that there was TVs in every room and the fact we did not have to split a room if we did not want to. The couches were very comfy and nice to watch TV! 10/10 house! My first time every using this platform vs booking a standard hotel and I must say Rachida made the process worth it from start to finish . I literally felt at home , comfortable, safe - u name it this property is amazing. The decor, cleanliness-everything. I needed a quick getaway from work life and this place definitely perfect to rest and within good distance to the highway to explore as a tourist . Quiet, spacious - I will definitely book again if I visit the area .

Haider's home is the perfect place for long or short term stay. The house is in a quiet neighborhood. You can walk to stores and restaurants. The University of Memphis is just a few minutes drive. You can also walk to the Arboretum. The house has an amazing kitchen and terrific bathrooms. It is truly a home away from home. Haider was very responsive. He quickly responded to my questions before I arrived. So I had no issues getting into the house or using it.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this beautifully decorated Memphis home! Our favorite parts were the hot tub and listening to records in the hidden room! David was a wonderful host, accommodating and responsive!

I had a truly wonderful stay at this Airbnb, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, spacious, and comfortable place to relax. From the moment I walked in, I could tell that this home was exceptionally well-maintained. The cleanliness was impeccable — every room was spotless, the floors were shiny and free of dust, and even the corners and less noticeable areas were clean. It’s clear that the host puts a lot of care into making sure the space is hygienic and welcoming.

This place is awesome! Quiet, cozy, and very homey! Not to mention spotless! Kim was very responsive and check in and out was a breeze! Will definitely be staying again when I’m in town!

Ken was extremely responsive and reply’s were timely. Location was perfect for my party of two and we both enjoyed our stay.

Mekail’s property was the perfect spot for me. It’s centrally located to downtown and in the heart of midtown. The property provided every kitchen tool necessary to prepare meals and even provided coffee and charcoal for the grill which we used. Mekail was very responsive for any questions. I look forward to returning to her property.

Stephanie was an amazing hostess. She was very helpful and friendly in her communication and was flexible with our check in time. The house was perfect for us and was a convenient location for our needs in town. It was very well stocked with everything you could possibly need and she even had a snack basket on the counter with goodies and sparkling water. We will definitely be back on our next visit in town.

OMG this was the best Airbnb we ever visited. I know i could do better as a guest but this was thr most beautiful and peaceful place on erlaryh for and my family. It was my anniversary and they it so memorable. Thank Gilmore's your home is a palace and filled with one of kind pieces of art and the the guest restroom was out of a movie. Stayed 2 nights. Well decorated. Had everything that we needed. Would not hesitate to return.

This was my SECOND stay at this home and I still rate it 10/10. Sheila is the best and she has great communication. When I got to the home, I noticed….she wrote me a note on a card, to thank me for returning and I really appreciate it. Sheila went out her way to give me access to the garage and that did it for me ….much needed !!!!

Anthony runs a very good business! His communication is excellent, and everything was as described. I have a large family, so the house was perfect for what we needed. Would definitely stay here again!

Large well laid out home with street parking in front. Great location. Had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which worked well for 2 couples. We each had enough private space. I forgot a sweater there which was found and is being sent back to my home which is above and beyond but much appreciated. Nice to not have much to do when we left except take out garbage and pile towels in bathrooms. Would book again if back in town.
