Beautiful place to stay in downtown memphis, comfortable bed, clean living space, very cozy for any amount of time with a big washer and dryer. Tim was a great host, stayed in communication with us the whole trip without being overbearing, and responded within less than 30 minutes every time. The only small thing is noise at night on the weekends, but this was mentioned in Tim’s detailed description so it’s honestly not a complaint, especially when Tim provides complimentary ear plugs and a sleep mask. I will absolutely be looking here first when I return, one of the best airbnb experiences I’ve had so far.

Veronica’s loft in Memphis was beautiful and thoughtfully designed—exactly as pictured! The location was perfect with easy parking and plenty of great restaurants and attractions just minutes away. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

This place was in the heart of mid town! Very walkable area. Right next to a great restaurant. The space was clean and beautiful and spacious! we will definitely be using this place when we visit again!

If I could give 11 out of 10 stars as a review, I would without hesitation! Hands down one of the best if not THE BEST Air BnB experience I have ever had! Seriously, I cannot recommend Helen’s spot enough if you are planning a trip to Memphis! I look forward to rebooking here again and again any time I visit Memphis! From the moment I selected “BOOK” to now writing this 11 star review ;) after the wonderful time I had in Helen’s beautiful space during my 3 night stay, I remain impressed by the entire experience. Truly the first time I have ever seen an advertisement look EXACTLY the way it does online and don’t even get me started about that BED! We had an absolutely delightful experience at this charming triplex! It was truly everything my partner and I had been hoping for in our getaway. Although we packed a small fan for sleeping comfort, we discovered a lovely ceiling fan in the spacious bedroom that provided a perfect breeze throughout the night. This unit, nestled in the center of the triplex, was impressively the largest of the three, giving us ample room to relax and unwind. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, from pots and pans to cutlery, making cooking a breeze. We especially appreciated having a washer and dryer at our disposal, which allowed us to pack light and enjoy our stay without worrying about laundry. Honestly, all we really needed to bring were our clothes and a selection of groceries, as the rest was thoughtfully provided. Our stay exceeded all expectations, and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect retreat!

Great host. Communicated well with me even when my AC went out late that night. He sent someone to fix the issue within the hour. They have done a great job renovating the place and it looks amazing. Would stay there again because of the host. Great place and tucked away from the hustle of downtown. Easy to get to places by car and a lot of things to do.

I appreciated Annie‘s space a lot. I felt home in the space pretty quickly, and I was glad about the washer and dryer. The neighbor hood around Overton Square is lively and can be reached in walking distance. I’d book it again. Annie is great, very reponsive and helpful.

We loved this place! It’s so cute and cozy. We enjoyed being able to walk and get coffee one morning and go to a nearby restaurant and sit outside one evening. Would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Zach and Maxwell's place was just perfect for our needs. It is a beautifully remodeled home in the Central Gardens Historic District, and importantly to us, close to Rhodes College. Zach checked on us to make sure we had what we needed. He was very responsive and courteous. We were grateful to have the use of the garage. This helped us move our daughter out of the dorm and keep the car packed overnight. The home was modernly furnished and had all the amenities we needed (for a family of 5). The staircase had lights that allowed us to travel downstairs easily at night. I particularly enjoyed the record player and old Elvis albums! My mother enjoyed sitting in the backyard with a book and looking at the plants. The home is close to a variety of restaurants as well as a Kroger's, if you choose to cook. If you are traveling to Memphis, this is the perfect home for you!

Highly recommend! Beautiful little home in a nice quiet neighborhood. Cute home with very nice kitchen and comfortable beds. My dogs loved the backyard and there were even dog bowls provided! I would stay here again for sure.

My son and his family stayed here for the weekend. They said it was very nice and perfect for them. They mistakenly left a few items. Alfred worked with me to retrieve the items. Totally recommend this location!

Quirky, fun memorabilia filled house in a walkable safe neighborhood .

The house was great - artsy, quirky and fun. We appreciated the extra touches - original artwork, record player with lots of albums, Elvis coffee mugs in the kitchen. It was walkable within the Cooper Young neighborhood with a coffee shop, art gallery, local brew pub and BBQ restaurant within easy walking distance. Friendly neighbors. We enjoyed our stay! This a beautiful place and the pictures don’t do any justice- for this to be downtown, it’s quite and private. The location is walkable to some great restaurants and shops .

The Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Everything was well-maintained and of high quality. Off-street parking in a gated lot was perfect because of the convenient location. We walked to most of the places we wanted to visit. I would recommend this Airbnb to anyone I know who visits Memphis.

We had such a great stay at this Memphis home! From the moment I arrived, everything felt welcoming and well thought out. The place was spotless, stylishly decorated, and had all the little touches that made it feel like a home away from home—plenty of clean towels, bed linen etc. it was super easy to get to downtown, Beale Street, and other Memphis attractions. I really appreciated how communicative and helpful the host was throughout my stay—they made everything seamless from check-in to check-out. Whether you're visiting for music, food, or just some Southern hospitality, I highly recommend staying here. I'd absolutely book again next time I'm in town!
