The apartment was very tastefully decorated, and it was not only nicely designed but also very well thought out in the room layout and furnishings. The wide living room sofa was inviting to rest and even great for a nap. The bedroom is small but sufficient, the bed is comfortable. I was able to store everything well in the closet. The kitchen is well equipped, it really has everything you need for cooking. Only one larger pan was missing. The bathroom was super clean and a place to relax and feel at ease. Since I am over 70 years old and visited a much older friend in Gera, it was important to me that the apartment is at ground level. The parking situation is good during the day, in the evening you will not always find a parking space close to the apartment, but have to switch to side streets. I was irritated at the beginning that you didn't have an unobstructed view outside. This is due to the location in the city.

As part of my business trip to Gera, I rented a great apartment from Claudia for 4 weeks. I felt at home. There was nothing missing. The location was optimal for me and an important argument to rent this apartment. I like to remember the time in Gera.
