The apartment has skylights in the living room and kitchen and is located on a private property as a stand alone guest house. Close to Christmas Cove, Wawenock public/private golf course and 15 miles from scenic Damariscotta and the Pemaquid peninsula with a public white sand beach. Our waterfront is Poorhouse Cove, an estuary off of the Gulf of Maine, Atlantic Ocean.

Renovated home with amazing waterfront views

Welcome to Dancing Pines Cottage! We are located across from West Harbor Pond with beautiful water views in each room. Relax on the deck or bbq on the patio or take a short drive into charming Boothbay Harbor town for lobster rolls. We have three bedrooms and a den/office and 2 full bathrooms and can accommodate up to 7 guests. The house is private and has ample parking. One week rentals for June, July, and August (Saturday-Saturday). Starting January 2025 we will no longer allow pets.

Enjoy sweeping vistas of the Atlantic Ocean from this 2002 home perched among spruce trees above the rocky coast. Watch for bald eagles and seals. Fall asleep to the sound of crashing waves. Walk down to the edge of the ocean to lounge or picnic. The intrepid visitor can scramble along the shore. Walk 6 minutes or drive the 0.1 miles to the park entrance. Hike the Little River Trail. The house has vaulted ceilings, panoramic views, fully equipped kitchen, and whirlpool bath.

Naturalist Paradise on the Cove

Find yourself on the sparkling shores of Robinhood Cove with spectacular views and stunning sunsets. Sit on the front deck and watch bald eagles, osprey, and other shore birds diving into the tidal waters and foraging for the bounty refreshed by the nine-foot daily ebb and flow of the tides. Explore five miles of marked trails on 400 acres of private conservation land teeming with birdsong, magnificent trees, vernal pools, and an amazing diversity of plant and animal wildlife.

Wren Cabin + Wood fired Sauna

We built the Wren Cabin to be a serene space filled with light and art and with lots of cozy details. Lofted ceilings, a spiral staircase and large open concept with lofted bedroom. The cabin also has a gorgeous wood-fired sauna for those colder days. Wren cabin has a large wraparound deck for relaxing and an outdoor fire pit, as well as shared access to Adams Pond. The space is modern Scandinavian, light and aery, and filled with thoughtful details.

Come relax at our cheerful, two-bedroom cottage as a couple or small family while enjoying the refreshing coast of Maine ! The cottage is located just minutes away from Reid State Park, which is enjoyed as a recreational resource with gorgeous sandy beaches, hiking, nature, and rocky tidal pools to explore. The peaceful cottage offers 2 bedrooms, one bath, kitchen a cozy living room, as well as a screened in porch area.
