Monthly Rentals in Gènova

Manuela was an extremely lovely hostess. Even though we arrived late at night and left very early, it was no problem for check-in & check-out. She also recommended us super nice beaches on the island and was always available. A small minus point for the WiFi, which didn't really work, but for which a solution was also found. We spent wonderful evenings on the small terrace upstairs. Gènova itself is a very sweet little area that had exactly the right distance to Palma for us, from which you can ultimately get anywhere (even if we took the bus). We would come again anytime. What an amazing experience from start to finish! Dominik and his house manager Peter are both EXTREMELY responsive to all questions prior to the trip. I would assume they would be responsive with any problems during the stay, but we didn't have any to call them about! Peter met us shortly after our arrival and gave a detailed overview of the house and the operations. The layout is perfect for groups or extended families. The pool is crystal clear and overlooks the sea providing a relaxing oasis. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are clean. There is not much to walk to so having a car is nice to explore the rest of the island (which is nice so that you can relax). We did make use of the optional private chef. If you have more than 6 people it is DEFINITELY worth it. Michael is amazing and makes the whole process simple. His meals were a highlight of the stay and making dinner plans, getting ready, driving, etc is a lot to organize when you just want to enjoy your holiday.

Wonderful Villa in a nice location, with shops, beach and restaurants in walking distance distance and easy access to Palma via taxi/car. The villa is very well equipped and made for a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Maria was a very helpful host and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay.
