House holiday rentals in Genoa

A beautiful home with the best airbnb kitchen we've experienced. The outside space is fantastic with a wonderful garden full of stunning plants and useful herbs. We were given some fresh lemons which really took the G&Ts up a level!! Garage is perfect for a car but everywhere is walkable. FULLY recommend this property to anyone thinking of staying in Rapallo.

The communication in advance was very nice, the check-in instructions were very detailed and made it easy to get to the family's property. Since the path is very steep and sometimes narrow, you may have difficulties with a lower or a very wide car. That was not a problem for us (EQE). Arrived in Rapallo, we were warmly welcomed and we were shown the accommodation. Everything was as described - the property, the pool and the view were a dream. We experienced the communication with and hospitality of Valerio and his family as exceptional and therefore worth mentioning separately. They were always approachable and asked us if there was anything they could do for us. We also received recommendations on how to best get around Rapallo and the surrounding area or what to see. Overall, the accommodation and the hosts are highly recommended, we had a great vacation.

We had a great time at Caterina’s place. 6 of us stayed there and was great to all have our own bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The house and gardens had plenty of space to mingle together or to spread out and do our own thing. The location was so peaceful and the views incredible. Not great if you struggle with walking uphill and there are lots of steps to and from the train station and village. Although there is a shuttle bus. Was great to visit all the Cinque Terre towns but not to stay in the hustle and bustle. Great stay and can’t thank Caterina enough, it is a beautiful place to stay!

We felt completely comfortable in Villa Millin! The house is clean and lovingly maintained. Loredana was extremely friendly, always easy to reach and welcomed us warmly. The villa is fantastically beautiful in the middle of nature - a perfect retreat to relax. The property is spread over three levels: downstairs the house with several cozy seating areas, on the middle level a Hollywood swing with an impressive view of the valley, and upstairs the pool area with loungers and a fantastic panorama of the surrounding landscape. The access is a bit adventurous, but quite feasible - and the location makes up for it. We really liked everything very much, we didn't miss anything and would come back anytime. A small note: On weekends, you can occasionally hear motorcycles from the road in the valley - but during the week and at night, it is wonderfully quiet. Overall an absolutely recommended place to stay!

Ray was a very helpful and responsive host. The house is comfortable and well equipped.

Very nicely landscaped property with great terrace with the possibility to grill. Everything new in the house and very clean! The bed was very comfortable. The hosts were always available and the way to the villa is by car and thanks to the great directions no problem. We enjoyed Rapallo very much. The only negative point for us was that you can hear the highway (no problem inside for sleeping.) Everything else is perfect!

All as described, nice and clean, comfortable beds. We felt very comfortable.

We felt at home, we stayed 3 days, with our dogs, without going out except to do the shopping!! Well-kept garden, clean swimming pool, professional barbecue ready to use... what else to say?? If you need to disconnect, this solution is undoubtedly the best. Veronica is always ready to answer any questions, very nice and helpful... we had a small problem but she immediately took action to resolve it promptly... We will definitely be back!

Great place

Great location and very nice helpful host. Vernazza is beautiful and the apartment had everything we needed including beach towels, an awesome shower, comfy bed, mini fridge and private terrace. You will be climbing up a lot of stairs to get into the apartment so not for anyone that can’t handle that. Pack backpacks for Cinque Terre not suitcases. You are in a busy area right next to a restaurant so while there is some noise it wasn’t bad. I would stay again.

The apartment is spread over two floors, is modern and well equipped. In the kitchen, everything you need and also basics like salt, pepper and olive oil were available. The deck is so beautiful. You have to walk a lot of stairs, but the house is right on the sea on the beach promenade and the harbor with ferry is right next door. Arrival by train was easy, the apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the train station.

We had a lovely stay! The house is beautiful and fully renovated. Carlo and his team were very kind and always attentive to us. The view is amazing, and the garden is absolutely gorgeous. The highlights of our stay were definitely their cat and turtle — we loved their company! It’s a convenient place if you have a car and want to visit the center of Genoa, although you’ll need some luck to find parking nearby. The sofa bed is a bit old and not very comfortable, and you have to walk a bit to reach the house, so be prepared if you have a lot of luggage. But other than that, everything was perfect. We truly enjoyed our time here!

Marzia's apartment is in a beauitful coastal neighborhood and very clean, spacious and easy to relax into. Views of the ocean out the window. Marzia herself is wonderful, always communicative and helpful, she brought us veggies from the garden. We were sad to leave and hope to be back. We went without a car, which is doable because of the bus, but make note of its schedule. We often walked down to the water (20 mins) or to the train station (40 mins). The bus and train network is extensive but note cut off times and you can always call a taxi.

Cristian was an immaculate host and this space was beyond impressive. Pictures truly didn’t do the space justice and we can’t thank him enough for his hospitality, responsiveness when arriving and finding our way around, and general needs. Would absolutely love to be back!

Our stay at Claudio's went very well: very friendly welcome, small touches on arrival, clear instructions, clean accommodation and in line with the description, magnificent and quiet view. Small plus: Claudio and his wife are SUPER responsive when we needed them, information, troubleshooting! I would obviously recommend without hesitation!!!

Thank you for the wonderful stay in your studio. The terrace view is branded in our minds! Watching the sunset with some wine and apperitivo is what dream Italian holidays are made of! We spent lots of time visiting beautiful places nearby. We do recommend to come by car to access the appartment, and it is more practical to get around. The beds were very comfortable and the area was nice and quiet. All the appliances you need are available in the studio. Everything was very clean and tidy. Dario was a very helpful and responsive host and made sure everything was going well for us. Thanks again 🥰

The place was as described in the listing. Beautiful location above Rapallo with wonderful views from the small balcony and from the living room on the coastline, all the way to Portofino. Giulia and her father Gerardo are great hosts who respond quickly and do everything to make things right. When we arrived, the power and wifi had just gone out, but Gerardo fixed it very quickly. The small mocha coffee pot was just right for 2 cups of fresh coffee (available in the kitchen as well as instructions for making coffee). We were allowed to park the car behind the gate and it was there during our entire stay. The area is perfect for exploring by public transport or on foot, so you don't have to stress about busy traffic. Perfect for fitness because of the almost 300 steps down and back up again. The coast, beautiful villages, mountains right behind the house and even Genoa: there is everything in the area for a varied holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was perfect stay for a couple of days, very quiet and a clean and slightly quirky apartment. It’s worth noting that the stairs to the bedroom really are steep; we came down backwards and couldn’t get our bags up the stairs. Having said that the room was lovely and airy. We enjoyed the walk down into Camolgli but it is a bit of a hike back up.! Loved the bonus of the local open air swimming pool and super friendly staff.

Amazing stay! Lothar is the most hospitable host we've ever met and the place is absolutely breathtaking, especially the view. We definitely recommend staying at this villa if you want to connect with nature in a quiet and friendly atmosphere with stunning views. Thanks a lot!

Laura is an amazing host and her house in the hills above Portofino is really a special, private place. She offers shuttle service as the house is only reachable by walk or her extra small car and you can always reach out to her for anything. She gave us great recommendations for the area and she and her family are such nice people. This place is a gem!

Excellent stay, I highly recommend it.

What a view! We absolutely loved the flat. With the beautiful private terrace overlooking the deep blue ocean you hardly ever want to leave. But the beautiful village of Bogliasco is worth it. Right outside the door is Peruzzi, perfect for local food, coffee or a drink at night, the nicest gelateria down the road and great places to enjoy the water. The flat is really comfortable and provided for everything we needed. We tremendously enjoyed our stay and would love to return soon!

Our second stay here was as good as our first, always a pleasure to return. Hope to visit again!

Such a wonderful place to stay - the terraces and the views were highlights, but everything was great. Everything true to the photos (although views actually better!). Milena (who was our host, relative of Luigi) was responsive and helpful for our stay - assisted us upon arrival getting luggage to the house and provided useful local information (and lovely lemons). We loved the village and our wonderful location in it. We tried most of the restaurants and bars and enjoyed some of the numerous trails in the area - but it was easy just to hang out on the terraces as well!
