Monthly Rentals in Gediz River

Atil was a very responsive host. Any time i contacted him i got a reply within minutes. clear instructions of check in were sent prior to arrival and plenty of videos and photos to make it even easier. The place was a good location for where we wanted and the apartment was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. Would 100% recommend Atil's place for anyone coming to Izmir. We had a great stay 😊

The house was nicely furnished, clean and made us feel very comfortable. Mrs. Gülcan was also solution-oriented and had good communication, but unfortunately, our upper floor was also rented out on Airbnb and the family that stayed there was a crowded family with many children. In other words, there were days when we slept among the screams and woke up with loud marches. Nevertheless, we gave 5 stars because we think this is an exception and Ms. Gülcan did her best. He tried to solve it and responded quickly to our messages, regardless of the time difference. We recommend that those who want to stay ask who is staying upstairs. Apart from that, they can easily stay.

Mr. Fatih was extremely helpful. The interior of the house was clean and very well designed. There were all kinds of kitchen and bathroom supplies that might be needed. The location is great, peaceful. The only downside is that part of the garden in the photos is a common area, which was not specified, it is not a huge problem, it can just be specified

The place is excellent and very comfortable, halil is a magnificent host and very attentive helped us at all times and I always care because we were comfortable 10/10.
