Monthly Rentals in Gaylord State Forest Area

We absolutely loved our stay! The cabin was cozy, peaceful, clean, and just like pictures show. It is tucked away in nature—perfect for a relaxing getaway. It felt like a home away from home. The location is ideal: close to local restaurants, a scenic bike trail, golf, and just a short, easy drive to Petoskey and Boyne City. Our host was incredibly friendly, responsive, and their sweet kids made the experience even more heartwarming. A big highlight was the Vine Ride wine tour—they picked us up right at the cabin and took us to 4 wineries, making it stress-free and memorable outing. Highly recommend this spot for nature lovers or anyone looking to unwind, explore Northern Michigan, and enjoy some great wine along the way! We will definitely come back! Very cozy cabin. Great place to just get away

Had so much fun on our family trip! Such a cute little place, my kids loved the chickens and fire pit! It was a a little chilly and rainy our first day there and Kayla messaged us giving us ideas of things to do around town! Super clean and fully stocked with everything you could thing of! Definitely will be staying here again!
