Monthly Rentals in Gaspar

We spent 30 days in the apartment and, throughout that time, we felt truly at home. The space is cozy, very clean, organized and of incredible good taste. From the beginning, Daniel welcomed us with great sympathy, presented the apartment in detail and was always available, promptly attending to everything we needed. Undoubtedly, when we return to Blumenau, we want to stay again in this very special place. We are very grateful to Daniel and his family for all the affection and attention!

Property very well located, in the heart of downtown Blumenau. Surrounded by good restaurants, bars, markets, pubs and shops, without the need for a vehicle. Mr. Luiz is an excellent person and welcomed me very well. I definitely recommend it to everyone.

This Airbnb was great! The host was the nicest I’ve ever experienced—truly welcoming and helpful. The building is new and very clean, adding to the overall comfort. You can easily walk out to the main street and catch a bus that takes you to most places in the city for just a small fare. The area is very peaceful and quiet. Definitely a 5-star stay!

It was brief, but satisfying. Well located, supermarket, bakery, pharmacy nearby, no need for vehicular transportation.
