Un magnifique havre de paix à 10 minutes de Lecce 😊!La propriété est magnifique et l appartement super . Nous avons pu rayonner facilement dans toutes les Pouilles et profiter du calme de la villa et des joies de la piscine après des journées bien remplies . Il est sûr que si nous revenons dans les Pouilles nous relouerons ici 😊👍!

Fronte mare spettacolare piedi in spieggia, semplice comodo da raggiungere perfetto per chi ha m Bambini, o relax della spiaggia, nn mi e neanch4 piu servita la macchina...sarei dovuta restare tutta lestate!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato per circa 10 giorni presso l’alloggio di Giuseppe, siamo andati via con le lacrime agli occhi da quello che per noi è stato un piccolo angolo di paradiso. Impagabile addormentarsi con il rumore delle onde del mare e godere di un tramonto mozzafiato tutte le sere. Giuseppe e i suoi famigliari sono stati sempre tanto disponibili e gentili, un merito va alla pulizia e all’attenzione dei dettagli dell’abitazione. Nella speranza di rivederci, grazie per questa vacanza.

Génial! Damiano est un excellent hôte, le logement est un petit studio avec une grande terrasse, je l’ai trouver à mon goût, et bien pour 2 personnes. On peut marcher jusqu’au bord de mer et la ville. Mais une voiture est recommandé pour profiter au maximum des alentours qui sont juste magnifiques !!! Je recommande vraiment ce logement pour 2 personne, et qui souhaitent découvrir les Pouilles. Damiano est très pro-actif, serviable et aimable. Bonne expérience de mon point de vue.

We had a great time at Villa Silvana in San Foca. Gabriele is a friendly and great hostess - he would go an extra mile for you. He did everything that we asked and even more. The house is very comfortable , has everything you need, really everything. It is very spacious with a terrace in the back. The space to park the car in the house is very convenient and it is a plus. The bathroom is very comfortable with a big and strong shower. Gabriele's sister Grazia is adorable and she is always available to help you. We felt at home. The town is very well situated and close to everywhere. A lot of beautiful beaches , nice restaurants and close to many nice places to visit. We had s great vacation and we are very thankful to Gabriele and Grazie . Grazie mile!

Lecce is a charming and beautiful city, and we absolutely loved it. Anna’s place was spotless and full of thoughtful details - from the art and ceramics to the cozy, homey feel throughout the house. From the moment you walk in, it feels like home. There’s a lovely garden in the back and a beautiful outdoor sitting area to relax in. The location is perfect - right in the heart of Lecce, just a few minutes from the main attractions. Anna is an amazing host from start to finish. She was very responsive, gave us great recommendations for places to visit, and even helped us navigate the narrow streets on our departure day. We highly recommend this place!

The apartment was very clean. Really quite place no any direct neighbours, no common walls with anybody. Totally separated house. The owner ( Bella :):):):) )was very nice and flexible.

Unser Urlaub in Apulien war sehr gelungen. Wir sind zu dritt verreist und die Unterkunft war so gut gelegen, dass nicht die ganze Gruppe auf den Mietwagen angewiesen war. Alles kann zu Fuß erreicht werden, ob Strand, Geschäfte oder Restaurants. In der Nähe ist auch ein toller Wanderweg, falls ein Teil der Gruppe aktiver sein will, statt am Strand zu liegen. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, ordentlich und gepflegt. Alles war vorhanden und gut sortiert, was man gebraucht hat. Selbst ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand ist vorhanden. Die Vermieter waren immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wir waren 10 Tage in Brunos Unterkunft. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft liegt optimal für viele Aktivitäten und ins Zentrum von Santa Maria di Leuca ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Bruno hat uns vor und während des Aufenthalts sehr gut unterstützt - viele nützliche Tipps erhalten. Danke, Bruno. 🙏🏾 Alles war top und wir können Brunos Unterkunft nur empfehlen.

The villa is halfway up a steep road. That's not a criticism merely an observation. My travel group are all around 70 years of age (reasonably fit) and did not find any problem with walking to the old town (highly recommended) or the port (also highly recommended). There are two balconies which provide excellent views over the Adriatic and down to Castro Marina - what's not to love about that! You can see Albania too on a clear day. Beautiful spots to have your morning coffee and admire the scenery. The kitchen is smallish but functional. I don't imagine many visitors coming to Italy and cooking for themselves although this is perfectly possible should one decide to do so. The villa was pleasantly furnished and comfortable. That's more than can be said for the beds. I know it's very subjective but all three of us found the mattresses and pillows too firm. Having said that I did sleep like a log every single night of the week although my companions were a little more troubled.

This wonderful property is perfect for a couple. Conveniently located in the historic centre of Nardo. We hired a car locally from Alba Autonoleggio, who are a family run firm, who also provided a transfer service from the airport. We were able to park a few mins walk from the house. The house itself was spotless and the terrace is amazing. Great WiFi and contained everything we needed. Drove to several lovely beaches and wandered around many beautiful towns such as Galatina and Gallipoli. We also took a the train to Lecce (stunning) which took an hour and cost €5-6 return. September was a great month to visit the area as still lively but less busy. Recommend booking the family run Antica Trattoria Salandra for dinner, tasty and great value. Signor Pane is a good local bakery. Stephania is a kind and helpful host and responded very quickly to our questions. We would love to come back!

C’était purement une merveille! Encore mieux que sur les photos pour ce magnifique domaine avec une piscine magnifique accessible à toute heure ! Giulana très accueillante, arrangeante, nous avons même pu profiter de la piscine après avoir rendu le logement. Logement avec climatisation, très propre et très bien équipé. Je recommande à 1000%, le séjour à d’autant plus été agréable grâce à ce pied à terre chez Giulana. Merci 🙏

Cette maison est parfaite! Une belle terrace nous permet de manger dehors et d'admirer les couchers de soleil. La douche extérieure est exceptionnelle . Le AirB&B est très propre, les jardins très bien entretenu avec plein de coins pour relaxer. Cuisine bien équipée avec en plus les aliments de base pour cuisiner (huile, epices, vinaigre...) les produits de toilette et tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Martina et Fernando sont très accueillants et dès notre arrivée nous nous sommes sentie chez nous. Ils nous ont donné plein de bonnes références pour les restaurants et un tour de bateaux. Ils etaient très disponible pour répondre à toutes nos questions, de charmants hôtes. La plage merveilleuse de Spiaggia de Pescoluse, sable blond et eau turquoise est à est à 10 minutes. Si vous chercher tranquillité pres de Santa Maria de Leica nous recommandons sans hésiter ce AirB&B! Merci Matina et Fernando nous reviendrons certainement!

Un’esperienza ottima, dall’appartamento alla cortesia di Antonella. L’appartamento era accogliente e pulito, in una buona posizione con comodi parcheggi. Splendido il terrazzino dove godersi un po’ di fresco la sera. Antonella è stata davvero molto gentile e disponibile nell’accoglierci e consigliarci come vivere la zona.

La casa situata in una zona tranquilla . DallaTerrazza esterna si poteva godere di una vista fantastica sul mare e sul paese. Tutta la casa era ben arredata , spazi confortevoli , la cucina era accessoriata di tutto l’indispensabile per cucinare a casa. Ottima la posizione per visitare le più belle spiagge del Salento

This was such a lovely little spot to spend my vacation in Puglia in. The ambience felt very local, and the apartment itself was incredibly clean with everything you would need inside. I felt right at home for five days and really enjoyed using the kitchen. There's great little supermarkets and outdoor markets all close by, and I enjoyed cooking dinner in the apartment almost every night. Monica herself is an exceptional host with so much kindness, warmth, and proactivity. You can tell she really cares for her guests. Grazie mille Monica! It was all wonderful.

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Alles ist wie beschrieben und auf den Bildern gezeigt. Eros ist sehr freundlich und unterstützend und stets zu erreichen. He goes out of his way to make you feel comfortable. Danke Eros!

Appartamento bellissimo, estremamente adatto ai nostri bisogni, sia lavorativi che turistici. Consigliatissimo

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Unterkunft ist ruhig gelegen, sehr sauber und mit moderner Ausstattung. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, das Schlafzimmer gemütlich und der gesamte Wohnbereich liebevoll eingerichtet. Besonders schön ist der Außenbereich – ideal zum Entspannen. Die kleine Bar für den Kaffee am Morgen war ein Highlight! Luigi war jederzeit gut erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank für die schöne Unterkunft – wir kommen gerne wieder!

We felt very lucky to stay at this absolutely beautiful property in a gorgeous part of the world. There's a lovely petite house with a huge outdoor bbq andformal dining table, a wading pool area, lots of greenery - a Puglian dreamscape. There were some things that surprised us based on the description online, and having appropriate expectations will, I think, help with future visitors' enjoyment. There is one true bedroom, plus a living room downstairs with two sofas. The host is happy to set up this area with an additional bed, but hadn't realized we'd need it before we arrived. The living room doesn't have a door, so it has less privacy. There is one bathroom in the house. There's a second half-bath that's in a separate shed that also houses the washing machine. It wasn't very clean, and I would recommend going in expecting one bathroom. The wading pool is not chlorinated and is only calf-deep. Don't expect to swim laps. Keep expectations in check, and you'll have a wonderful time.

Das Haus von Monica und Martin ist außergewöhnlich, sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es ist zudem sehr komfortabel ( sehr gute Betten , sehr gut beheizbar, bestens ausgestattete Küche).Wir sind jedesmal sehr gerne zurückgekehrt von unseren Ausflügen.Spongano ist sehr beschaulich, es gibt in dem Ort und Umgebung aber genug gute Möglichkeiten essen zu gehen. Die Kommunikation mit Monica hat hervorragend funktioniert. Der Austausch war sehr nett. Wir danken Monica und Martin herzlich, dass wir ihre Gäste sein durften. Ein Ort zum wiederkommen!

Le logement est très beau et Giammarco s'est montré tres flexible et compréhensif face à des modifications de dernière minute, dûes à des complications avec les compagnies aériennes. On recommande!

Raffaele y su esposa son muy amables. Nos esperaron con un vino de cortesía. Nos ayudaron a resolver nuestra vuelta en tren, ya que la estación de tren está en reformas y no tiene ascensor. El apartamento es cómodo y extremadamente limpio y ordenado. Tiene diez escalones de madera para subir a los dormitorios, ya que es un apartamento en el casco histórico con techos altos. Y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días muy agradables.
