Spectacular beachfront, a stone's throw from the beach, easy to reach, perfect for those with Children, or relaxing on the beach, I don't even need the car anymore...I should have stayed all summer!!!

This is a beautiful quiet place to stay. The setting is beautiful surrounded by fruit trees, an outdoor seating area with a hammock to relax and enjoy the countryside. Silvia, the host is wonderful. Greeted us on arrival and showed us around. We met her family who were also very kind to us during our 2 week stay. Silvia is very quick to respond to any questions and checked on our needs daily. She provided delicious pastries each week. There is an espresso machine and kettle in the kitchen for use. One bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom has twin beds. Fresh Linens were provided weekly and fresh towels every 3 days. The house is a 15 minute drive to Agropoli where the beaches are and tons of great restaurants. It’s an hour and 45 minutes from Naples, Pompeii and Herculaneum. There were other small towns nearby to explore. We had a wonderful stay.

The apartment is in the historical area which you can easily visit anywhere. The view from the balcony is absolutely stunning. The apartment is clean and spacious. Roberto is really kind and will bring you to the apartment in person. We really enjoyed our stay, and will definitely recommend to everyone!

Lecce is a charming and beautiful city, and we absolutely loved it. Anna’s place was spotless and full of thoughtful details - from the art and ceramics to the cozy, homey feel throughout the house. From the moment you walk in, it feels like home. There’s a lovely garden in the back and a beautiful outdoor sitting area to relax in. The location is perfect - right in the heart of Lecce, just a few minutes from the main attractions. Anna is an amazing host from start to finish. She was very responsive, gave us great recommendations for places to visit, and even helped us navigate the narrow streets on our departure day. We highly recommend this place!

Francesca is a great, helpful and nice host. Her apartment is very clean and tidy. Everything you needed can be found inside the apartment. Location is very good, just few minutes walk from train station or old town or free car park or beach with crystal blue water. We would definitely recommend staying here. What a charm! We arrived in Matera to find a stocked fridge, fresh focaccia, and an exquisite homemade pie and cake — all prepared by Maria-Rosaria. I mean, that’s just incredible service. When you're traveling with children, this is a dream. The apartment was perfect for our family. The living room had been transformed into a second bedroom before our arrival — the pull-out couch was already set up for our daughter, which was ideal. The master bedroom was spacious, and the bed was probably one of the most comfortable we’ve had in Italy. The location is fantastic — just a 5-minute walk to the Sassi and with free parking, which is a huge plus in Matera. Maria-Rosaria’s hospitality was outstanding. She gave us excellent restaurant recommendations, and we truly felt taken care of. I would definitely recommend this apartment!

Despite the language barrier, Ada was able to give us her warm welcome and give us advice on activities in the surrounding area. As a local, she is very available but at the same time very discreet. The places are beautiful, the nature omnipresent. It takes a car to appreciate the surroundings. I highly recommend it!!

Our time at the Belvedere was just super nice. We couldn't find anything to complain about at the beautiful accommodation. The entire complex including the apartment was very well maintained, very clean and equipped with everything that was needed. Our private garden area was very spacious, cozy, quiet and therefore relaxing. The pool area was gigantic, great big pool, plenty of garden loungers with parasols and seating, a wonderful view to the sea. The pool was cleaned daily by Fabio. The car can be parked safely in the parking lot, close to the house and on the premises. Fabio was always and immediately available. We would like to thank Fabio and his wife for their wonderful, kind and open hospitality. We felt so comfortable and can only recommend booking this accommodation. Grazie mille, Beatrix and family

Amazing location close to centre. Very beautiful and peaceful garden. Host was outstanding. All questions and requests were answered/fulfilled quickly. Even when we left the appartment the host was fine with receiving an urgent package by mail for us.

Monica was an excellent host and always responded promptly to our many enquiries. The apartment was immaculate and very modern with everything you could want for a comfortable stay and very convenient to many great restaurants, shopping and places of interest. We would highly recommend this property.

We fully agree with the previous positive references. Gianluca and Rita are extremely lovely hosts. The old dog Astrid also patiently took in our dog Yeshi. We enjoyed a fantastic panoramic view with sunrise and sunset from the well-kept apartment on the second floor. The villa itself is a charming and interesting building, reminiscent of a small castle. We had the pleasure of staying in this trullo for a month with our family of 5. The house felt larger than what the pictures showed. The ceilings in the trullo rooms were much higher than we expected and the outside space was just perfect. So much room for our kids to play. We opted to heat the pool and it was SO warm and comfortable. Highly recommend. The kitchen was fairly equipped, but missing some things I would have liked for this long of a stay. Monica was quick help us with anything we needed and even brought a few things to us that we mentioned would be nice to have (Moka coffee maker and a hand mixer - thank you!!). She was really an incredible host. So responsive and kind. The location is really nice and central for exploring the Puglia region. I felt very safe going for runs around the neighborhood and we really appreciated the privacy of the property. One con: the neighborhood dogs seem to put on a bit of a nightly symphony at around 1am.

This place is fantastic! Too bad we had to go again... Hope to come back someday.

An idyllic location right off the beaten track. A place to completely relax and switch off. The beautiful town of Ostuni is a 25 minute drive with a huge selection of bars and restaurants. The pool was better than expected and added to the whole experience. If you are looking for a place to explore Puglia you could not find a better base. We will definitely be returning.

Luigi was an awesome host. He was very responsive and super nice. His apartment was gorgeous. The view was incredible. You will love staying here.

This place has a fun, eclectic style that feels both comfortable and stylish. The balcony alone is worth it...amazing view, especially in the morning. You're right in the heart of everything. We walked to great restaurants, shops, and the train station. It was spotless when we arrived, and the host was super responsive and easy to deal with. I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it without hesitation.

Absolutely enjoyed Antonio's apartment and Molfetta was one of our favourite locations during our 3 month trip. the apartment is super cozy and comfortable. we also made great use of the projector for movie nights. all necessary amenities are on the ground level and the bonus living room is in the basement, so it's great for keeping cool during the heatwave while we were there. we would happily book again! thx Antonio!

On the doorstep of Villa Basso there is this sign: Deus nobis haec otia fecit, that is, God gave us these calm times. I think this sign is in perfect line with the listing. I spent the new year here in the Panoramic suite and I just can't find words for how amazing this place is for both location, comfort, and quiet immersion! The view is literally heavenly, like waking up in another world. The proximity of the sea and the mountains is in line with the tranquility and prestigious position of the villa, away from the busy road the perfect extension of the landscape. The host Maria Grazia is amazing, she paid attention to every detail: she welcomed me with olive oil and delicious local sweets. Everything in the suite is real, not only the appearance of nobility, but noble! The pictures, the tiles, the furniture are all sorted with amazing care. The olive grove in front of Villa Basso is breathtaking! I'll be back for sure!

Read to the end—this place is truly magnificent, and the location is unbeatable! We initially made the mistake of booking outside the historic center, but after canceling that reservation and choosing this place instead, we couldn’t have been happier. It was the best decision. While the apartment only has two windows—something that initially made me hesitant—they provide plenty of natural light, and the space is thoughtfully designed with ample lighting throughout. The apartment is incredibly spacious and spotlessly clean. If you're considering where to stay, book this place immediately. You won’t regret it.

A great place to stay and a great hostess. The place was exactly as described. The rooms are nice and large and very well equipped. There is absolutely nothing to fault. The location was in the old town of Conversano and had a certain Italian flair. Marezia was a great host, always approachable and with helpful tips. I can recommend the apartment to anyone who wants to immerse themselves in Conversano and Apulia.

The accommodation was fantastic. Very spacious, nice bathrooms, different seating areas, large kitchen with enough supplies, cutlery, glasses and mugs. Washing machine available. Very occasionally the power went out but that was easy to fix. You just couldn't turn on too many devices at the same time. The host was always available if you had questions and very quick to respond. All in all, had a top holiday even though the season hadn't quite started yet. Excellent central place for all kinds of sights.
