Es war einfach perfekt! Der Blick ist atemberaubend, die Ausstattung war unglaublich gut und alles war super sauber. Alles ist ordentlich und perfekt vorbereitet. Man spürt die Liebe des Gastgebers in in jedem Details. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder! Herzlichen Dank für alles.

We had an amazing time at Anna Rosa's place. The apartment is very spacious, clean, and well-equipped. It's located in a walkable distance from the town center, but away from all the hustle. The view from the terrace is amazing. And when it gets dark, you can go down to the garden and watch fireflies, which makes the night absolutely magical! Omegna is a great starting point for many excursions around Lago d'Orta and Lago Maggiore. It's also an easy 1-hour drive from Milan. We haven't met Anna Rosa, but her co-host, Franco, was very friendly and helpful, providing us with helpful information and support. Some comments mention dogs barking in the neighborhood, and perhaps we got lucky, but it wasn't an issue at all. Yes, we did hear the dogs every now and then, but it was mostly during the day and didn't bother us. Highly recommended!

sehr zu empfehlen, toller Ausblick auf den Lago Maggiore, schöne Terasse, ein Parkplatz unten vor dem Haus (nicht die Strasse hochfahren - sehr enge Kurven!) und weitere öffentliche und kostenfreie Parkplätze in der Nähe, für sechs Personen super geeignet, kommen gerne wieder

Huset var helt fantastisk og autentisk med alle de redskaber vi skulle bruge i køkken og havemøbler til at nyde både solen og spise morgenmad og aftensmad. Værten var super venlig og imødekommende og vi følte os i den grad taget godt imod og hjemme i huset.

La Cassa Rossa heeft ons goed gedaan. Hopelijk ontmoeten we elkaar weer een keer. Mijn dochters vonden het een geweldige plek met een geweldig uitzicht.

This accommodation was excellent for trip to como. It was equipped very well and I had everything what we needed. Also, our dog was welcome and they love their garden. I can we recommend Sophie and ivans place 100%. It was very beautiful and we enjoyed it.

Wow! One of the best places we have experienced. Angela and her family were extremely warm and greeted us like family - an extraordinary welcome. They were at the property when we arrived in case we had any trouble finding the villa and to show us around the beautiful grounds. Angela welcomed us with a homemade tart, a lengthy list of wonderful food, drinks and even olive oil… plus a sweet hand-written note - details that mean a lot to a family of weary travelers! The villa itself is charming: very clean, very tastefully decorated, uncluttered. The grounds are extensive and well kept The views of the lake, surrounding hills and distant Alps are breathtaking. We spent quite a bit of time enjoying the villa. The nearby village of Arona has great shopping, restaurants and views. Visitors are mainly locals, so the experience was very authentic. Would definitely return!

The location of this villa was absolutely incredible! Waking up each morning to a quiet coffee on the terrace overlooking Lake Como felt like something out of a dream. The view was breathtaking and set the perfect tone for each day. With the town just a short walk away, we were able to explore local shops, restaurants, and the lakeside promenade with ease. The walk added just the right amount of exercise to feel refreshed without being tiring. We couldn’t have asked for a more peaceful, beautiful, and convenient place to stay—truly unforgettable.

The house and garden are an amazing place to stay. The views over the lake and the expansive and gorgeous garden and pool area are good to relax and chill and enjoy the Italian weather. The house is well maintained and I also really liked the kitchen and how well it was equipped. We had a good time cooking and BBQing. There are lots om fun games in the house as well (pingpong, fussbal, etc) Andrea was a fantastic, kind and flexible host who communicated really well during the entire process. I would love to go back to this house!

This property was incredible with absolutely stunning views that took our breath away. When you wake up, you can look out and see Bellagio across the lake, a truly unforgettable sight. The house is beautiful, spacious, and perfectly equipped for a group of eight. Deborah, the owner, was warm and helpful throughout our stay. The outdoor space was large and perfect for relaxing while soaking in the lake and mountain views. The location felt very safe and walkable, though it is on a hillside, so be ready for an uphill walk. The quiet, narrow roads and passage ways were great to explore. The walk can be a bit challenging, but the views make it more than worth it. Taxis are also easy to arrange if needed. Menaggio was the perfect place to stay, charming, peaceful, and a great base for exploring Lake Como. We had a fantastic experience and would highly recommend this property.

Der Aufenthalt war einfach super, Baden im See direkt vom gemieteten Grundstück. Terrasse mit Blick auf den Sonnenuntergang.

We had a lovely stay in Oliveta Laria. I can't say enough good things about Marzia. She communicated well from the time of reservation through check-out and beyond. The house is beautiful, magnificent view and very private. Believe what she says about the driveway!! It is very steep and windy. Smaller cars much better. We had a large van and it was intimidating. The path through the woods to the town was nice. We would definitely rent from Marzia again!!

Wir waren mit 3 Familien inklusive 4 Kindern dort und es war ein wundervoller Aufenthalt. Die Villa übertrifft noch die Erwartungen, die man durch die Fotos hat. Es gibt unzählige, mit viel Geschmack und Wissen gestaltete Details. Das Alter und die Größe der Villa bringen es mit sich, dass immer wieder einzelne Gegenstände defekt sind, was uns aber nicht gestört hat. Der Park ist riesig. In den Randbereichen des Parks und in der Dämmerung braucht man ein gutes Mückenspray. In der Wiese leben viele kleine Laubfrösche. Karim war ein wirklich herzlicher und hilfreicher Gastgeber. Er kennt sich in jedem Detail mit der Geschichte des Hauses aus und ist ein sehr unterhaltsamer und witziger Gesprächspartner.

Beautiful historic home, with modern amenities in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were all very comfortable. The house was in a great location for our family if of eight to explore the lake region. There are lovely local restaurants, though a car is necessary. We were thrilled to see St. Vitalis of Gaza at the local church, St. Maurizio! Valerio is a wonderful host. W enjoyed our stay immensely.

Le logement était tout simplement magnifique et parfaitement adapté à notre groupe de 14 personnes. Nous avons pu garer facilement deux voitures dans le parking privé, ce qui est très pratique. L’hôte a été extrêmement accueillant et réactif tout au long de notre séjour. La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Chaque chambre est belle et confortable, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. La localisation est idéale : à seulement 2 minutes à pied du métro M1, parfait pour se déplacer facilement dans Milan. Un petit guide avec des recommandations de restaurants à proximité est également à disposition, ce qui a été très apprécié. Nous avons passé un excellent moment et je reviendrai sans hésiter dans ce logement si je reviens à Milan avec un grand groupe. Merci encore pour tout !

Ambiente molto pulito e con ogni comfort. E' come sentirsi a casa. Ho apprezzato tutto... dalla biancheria morbida e profumata, alla terrazza dove è uno spettacolo mangiare, alla piscina per rinfrescarsi. Il papà di Katiuscia ogni mattina ci predisponeva ombrelloni e sdraio. Il posto è molto rilassante ed è un punto strategico per raggiungere bellissime località da visitare. Grazie per l'ospitalità! :-)

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Unterkunft. Der Pool ist eine gute Abkühlung. Die Unterkunft ist funktional eingerichtet und hat alles was man braucht. Es gibt auch leckere Restaurants in der Nähe und man kann relativ schnell mit dem Auto oder Bus und Bahn nach Mailand gelangen. Insgesamt ist die Unterkunft also für ein Paar oder eine kleine Familie gut geeignet und zu empfehlen.

We had a fantastic week’s stay in the Villa. The outdoor area are even better in person than they were in the pictures. It is set in a brilliant location, where we could get to the ferry station with a 20 minute walk. Stefania was a wonderful host. They checked in to make sure everything was ok and responded very promptly if we had any questions. Would highly recommend

We cycled the Milano San Remo Amatori, so this was the perfect base for our adventure as it was only 3km from the started. The house was very clean and had all the utilities which you needed, the host is super friendly and very responsive.

We are a family of 5 and absolutely loved staying in Pierina's Airbnb. The place was clean, beautifully situated write at the lake, and we felt very welcome. We would definitely come back - can recommend!

Wir waren da für 3 Nächte, die Lage ist perfekt für Entspannung und Erholung. Das Haus war blitzsauber und super Ausgestattet. Die Eigentümerin hat immer schnell und sehr freundlich auf die Nachrichten reagiert. Bettwäsche, Geschirr, Handtücher alles sauber und bequem. Villa Giorgio war ein kleinen Paradies, danke euch!

Die Unterkunft hat eine traumhafte Lage. Der Blick auf den See ist wirklich sehr schön. Auch der Pool und die Terasse sind an warmen Tagen perfekt. Einzig das die beiden Stockwerke nur durch eine Außenstiege miteinander verbunden sind, hat bei Regen etwas gestört. Wir würden die Unterkunft wieder buchen.

Die Unterkunft war super schön, alte Substanz und Renovierung charmant kombiniert, tadellos sauber und alles da, was man für einen Urlaub mit der Familie braucht. Besonders gut empfanden wir die Mückengitter an allen Fenstern, so dass permanentes Lüften möglich war. Der Garten ist riesig und für Kinder, Teenies und Erwachsene perfekt zum Entspannen, der private Pool super, um gleich in aller Frühe eine Erfrischung zu bekommen, oder nach einem langen Erkundungstag die verdiente Abkühlung zu genießen. Da außer uns niemand da war, hatten wir diese ChillOutArea echt total für uns, ein echtes Juwel!! Auch der Freizeitraum mit Tischtennis, Dart und Tischkicker und einigem Spielzeug für jüngere Kids ist super, selbst, wenn es mal schlechtes Wetter gibt, bleibt keine Zeit für Langeweile. Der wirklich einzig negative Punkt ist die Lautstärke der Straße, das war uns vorher nicht klar. Wer empfindlich ist, sollte das bedenken. Die Mopeds fahren gefühlt durchs Bett... Aber sonst - ein Paradies!!
