Monica and Luciano are wonderfull hosts. First of all their house is located at a top position with a unique view on the lago and inside the house you experience the atmosphere of a nice environment in any detail and in any aspect. You breath the Italian hospitality. Monica and Luciano treated us in a fantastisc way and they provided is with so much enthousiastic information to make our stay “indimenticabile”. Absolutely stunning place! One of those rare cases when the place is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. Every detail is charming, and we especially loved the honey made by Gloria’s family. The authenticity of the house and its surroundings is perfectly balanced with comfort — you feel both inspired and at home. Palanzo isn’t the easiest place to reach without a car, but Gloria helped us arrange a transfer and was incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

Great place to stay if wanting to be close to the airport. Bus close by to take you straight to the airport. Spacious, modern and clean. Marianna was really helpful. Although there’s only 2 places to eat locally, it’s a perfect short stay apartment.

Our stay was perfect!

We are delighted with our stay in Prémeno, which is a very pleasant village. The accommodation was consistent with the photos and we were able to enjoy the balcony. We sympathized with Donatella, she is an available and very warm person that we really enjoyed. We highly recommend this cottage.

My husband, my children and I stayed at Sebastiano’s place for three days and we have collected lots of nice memories for life. The views of this place are amazing. It is very comfortable and has in the surroundings many places to visit, or to do water sports. It was very easy to arrive by public transport and also to move from there to every sightseeing in the region. The house is very homie, and the kitchen had everything we needed, The pool is big plus and has a very relaxing atmosphere. We will come back for sure.

We enjoyed Simona's place. The apartment had a breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore and the Borromean Islands. From Baveno, you can take many excursions.

This apartment is so big, you feel like you’re in a pent house suite. We loved this place. We were able to cook some meals in the kitchen, the deck is beautiful. We were nervous about the drive and parking. Parking was fine, no issues. Yes it is a tight squeeze - but it’s Italy, driving in general is a tight squeeze. It’s easier than other reviews have made out to be. The accomodation is further up the hill and back from the town. The drive takes about 13 minutes. Not a scary drive, just a slow one with so many turns. We loved the location as it was already so busy in town that we felt like we got to escape the crowds. You would want a car here for sure. You can’t walk down to the town. And parking and driving around was easy, not as busy as you think it would be because everyone is taking ferry’s not driving. So we were able to drive down and park and go for dinner or breakfast easily. Highly recommend this place.

Super cute place. Nadia and her husband were extremely welcoming and helpful. We rode on her husband’s ferry to Lenno and he brought us up in the cockpit. From Lenno we walked to Balbianello (Star Wars, Casino Royale). Don’t bother with guided tour, just walk the gardens. We also rented a boat for a couple hours. Como was the boys’ favorite stop on this trip and much thanks to Nadia.

Perfect apartment, great host, wonderful lake.

This spot was so beautiful and washroom was really nice. Lots of natural light and main floor is aesthetic. Bedroom (loft) was a little tight but also I slept totally fine there so wasn’t really a problem. Overall really enjoyed my stay and host/assistant were super helpful

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Perginano! From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly welcoming and humble. They greeted us warmly, explained everything clearly, and made us feel at home right away. The house is spotless, modern, and very cozy—exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better! The furniture and decor are stylish and comfortable, and the terrace was a lovely place to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and to our surprise, they even provided us with breakfast items for the first day, which was a wonderful touch. Every detail was thoughtful and made our stay truly enjoyable. For future guests: this is a perfect spot if you have a car and want to explore both Milan and Lake Como while staying in a peaceful, quiet area. We had a beautiful stay at the apartment from Giancarlo. It was clean, cozy and nicely furnished. It was wonderfully air-conditioned and the balcony invited to relax in the evening. Public transport into the inner city was nearby as well as a supermarket. Everything was perfect for us. Grazie mille…

Michele’s condo was perfect! We walked there easily from the Milan Central Station, enjoyed coffee on his balcony, appreciated the use of the washer and dryer, and strolled the streets. Communication and check in were prompt and clear. We especially loved the elevator! Thank you Michele!

Francesco was very responsive and helpful during our two night stay. The apartment is clean, neat and beautifully presented. It is a great space for a couple who are looking to be close to the main attractions, but away from the busy tourist areas. There are great restaurants and cafes nearby so it is easy to grab a meal/coffee etc. It is flat, easy walk from Milano Centrale station (10 mins). We would stay here again when next in Milan.

Mavi’s place was just as described: a beautiful location with very comfortable spacious accommodations and stunning lake views from both balconies. Mavi was an attentive host with great local recommendations for dining, swimming and sights to see. Mavi and her mother Carla also helped us make dinner reservations, saved us from a parking faux pas, and picked us up when no taxis were available. They were such thoughtful and kind hosts, and we highly recommend Mavi’s place.

Excellent stay! Communication was smooth and friendly throughout. The apartment is beautiful, clean, and located in a quiet, peaceful area - perfect for relaxing after a day in the city. I couldn’t speak highly enough of our stay. Beautiful apartment in a very well situated area. Marco always replied so promptly and always went above and beyond. Would definitely stay here again!
