This is a beautiful modernist home in one of the best locations in Italy, close to Italian Alps, Aosta and Lakes Como and Maggiore, not to mention Milan itself, and, truly rare to find a modernist home of this standard and design, which is highly chic and the dream of any artist to live in a place such as this. Nice house with a incredible nice panoramic view on Lago Maggiore. Great place with garden and balcony providing a wonderful view. Well equipped kitchen. Recommended.

well located cottage to visit the different lakes (Maggiore, Come, Orta.) To get to Milan we took the train at Ternate Varano Borghi station. 40 min walk from the cottage.

A pleasure to stay in this beautiful home. We absolutely loved our week in Casa Antonia. The house and garden were immaculate, and the terrace has spectacular views of the mountains and lake. Location is perfect for exploring the well-marked trails through the woods, and close enough to local village facilities. Vita and team were helpful without ever being intrusive. I honestly can't remember staying in a nicer place for a holiday. It was the perfect base for a family holiday near Lake Maggiore.

very nice family home to live in. a little in its juice, the bedding, the iron and some accessories would deserve to be added/ changed. the place is really very well located a 40 minute drive from all the most interesting spots on Lake Maggiore and Como. Marco is a very caring, responsive and caring host. we had a great week with the family! attention it's close to Lake Varese, it's necessary to plan for mosquito paraphernalia 😉

there were five of us on the road because of the furniture fair in milano... to the fair rho we only had 20 min. !! it had enough space for our 2 cars... which were parked in a protected area. the house itself is a bit outdated but in a very good condition and well furnished . ( beautiful and large garden / all protected with a fence ) in the house itself it has 3 large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms... on the lower floor it even has a third bathroom . Living room and kitchen.. large ! we enjoyed our stay very much and thank Alberto for his uncomplicated and reliable manner . we'll be back... :-)

We had a great time ! Relaxed wonderfully! beautiful surroundings. Close to the lake ! Barbara is also a super host ! easily accessible. The house was neat. The garden is 1 word amazing! We'd love to come back !

What a view! You could easily spend the whole time looking at the lake and mountains. There was plenty of space even for our group of seven. The kitchen was very well appointed (we could bake a cake!!) although we couldn’t find a kettle. The garage could only just fit our BMW estate but there is more public parking up the hill. The house is also very lovely, although there are many stairs! We ended up driving a lot since it was quite steep but there is a good pizzeria and beach that is about a 10 min walk to the lake. Overall, a fabulous stay in a great place!

Fantastic location and Villa. Whole family loved the accommodation especially the pool. Villa had everything we needed.

We were there with 3 families including 4 children and it was a wonderful stay. The villa still exceeds the expectations you have through the photos. There are countless touches designed with a lot of taste and knowledge. The age and size of the villa mean that individual items are always broken, which did not disturb us. The Park is huge. In the edge areas of the park and at dusk you need a good mosquito spray. There are many small deciduous frogs in the meadow. Karim was a really warm and helpful host. He knows the history of the house in every detail and is a very entertaining and fun conversationalist.

3 families. 14 people. 8 days. 7 nights. 1 vacation dream from start to finish. There is nothing that could have been better, dear Anton. We thank you for the trust to visit us with 8 children in your villa, for the fantastic communication, for the beautiful time we had on your estate on the beautiful Lago Maggiore, for everything we were allowed to use - from the deck chair, to the shampoo, to the coffee and the wine in the refrigerator to the washing machine. The location is fantastic. The cars were stationary for a week. Walking distance to supermarket. With fins on the feet to the lake. From the bed to the hammock. By ship over the water. Going to the restaurant hungry. Having a good time. Thank you from the heart.

We were now in the villa for the third time and had a great time again. The garden with the private pool invites you to relax - also ideal for barbecuing. The accommodation is very well equipped, cozy and very clean. Communication with the host as well as check-in and check-out went smoothly and easily. We feel completely comfortable every time and will definitely come back!

This house is perfect especially if you have kids. It has direct access to the lake and a side (small) public “beach”. Many games in the attic and also a fussball to keep them entertained. A large upper floor dining and living area where the family can sit, have dinner, drink and be merry. Kitchen was also well stocked with cutlery and crockery for cooking.

Beautiful villa with a spectacular view over Lake Maggiore! Perfect for a group of 15-17 people. 15min drive from Intra, 20min from Verbania and 40min drive from Stresa. The free parking nearby worked perfectly for our 3 rental cars. Hosts were very helpful and responsive, we highly recommend this villa and we will visit it again!

We had to reschedule due to problems with our actual accommodation on site and ended up with Ulrike. It took just an hour from contact to check-in. And what can you say: What luck!!! 🍀 😄 5 adults and 4 children had more than enough space in this wonderful villa with the charm of past Grandezza. The garden is large and beautiful, great for the kids. You can feel that this house has been revived for many years and decades. It feels like someone's home. Everything is well equipped. The decor is older, but very tasteful and of quality. The beds were good and everyone slept well. Especially the kitchen is well equipped to cook for a large family. On site, we were looked after by Johanna, who supported us great. Travedona months is not a tourist place, but offers the essentials (especially a great ice cream parlor). A wonderful house for large families and groups.

This beautiful place felt like paradise. Not only that we had an amazing family vacation but it felt like home away from home! The property was spectacular, everything was well thought through and Emma felt like part of family. Hospitality, genuine kindness and thoughtfulness from the moment we checked in when she welcomed us with drinks and snacks as if we were her personal visitors, to bringing us fresh pastries on a Saturday morning. Always accessible, with great recommendations for things to do, we would go back in a heartbeat. THANK YOU!!!

We stayed from May 10 to 18 with seven adults and a child in the beautiful villa of the Rubel family in Besozzo on Lake Maggiore – it was simply fantastic! Even before booking, the host was always available, incredibly friendly and helpful – this impression was still confirmed. You can tell that his guests really care about him. The villa itself left nothing to be desired: it was very clean, cozily furnished and well equipped – there was really nothing missing for a relaxing holiday or to cook for several people. An absolute highlight was the breathtaking view of Lake Maggiore, which we could enjoy daily at breakfast, dinner or just relaxing by the pool. The location was also ideal as a starting point for excursions in the area. We can fully recommend this place – and the hosts – and would come back any time!

The place was perfect for us for a long weekend with kids. Next to a very well thought out construction/design of the villa itself, the team welcomed us in a 5 star manner with a thoughtful welcome basket, fresh flowers in more than one place etc. They also were flexible to respond to same day changes of arrival/check-in time and keen to help and support with tips whenever and wherever they could. I can't describe our long weekend in the villa as anything other than "perfect". The house is beautiful and also larger than the pictures suggest. We also loved the garden with pool, where there is total privacy. The hosts were very friendly, familiar and uncomplicated. We will be happy to come back!
