I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Santa Ponca. From the moment I booked, communication with the host was smooth and seamless—they were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my visit. The apartment itself was beautifully equipped and truly felt like a home away from home. As someone who enjoys cooking, I especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen—it had everything a home chef could ask for. One of the absolute highlights was the view from the balcony overlooking the lagoon. The blue color of the water was so dreamy and calming—I found myself starting and ending each day just taking it all in. The location was perfect. Just a short stroll to the beach, surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and shops, everything was within easy reach. And with a bus stop just 20 meters away, getting to Palma was incredibly convenient. All in all, this stay exceeded my expectations and left me with unforgettable memories. I would return in a heartbeat.

I was in the apartment for 6 months, all winter. I felt very much at home. Everything is there and superbly equipped. Everything is super clean, tidy and in very good condition. Beds are very comfortable and new. The location is perfect. It's all within walking distance. Right outside the door is the beautiful bay and numerous restaurants. The internet is super fast and good for working. The flat is perfect for a long stay. Frederik is super nice, easily accessible and everything always worked directly. Thank you
