A cosy home away from the hustle of usual hill stations. A very well thought out availability of amenities in addition to the usual ones. Books, Garden, Indoor games; surprise surprise, my son enjoyed the Electric Guitar with a nice Amp. Beautiful view of the valley, sadly it was mostly cloudy in mornings. It would make a beautiful sunrise view. Small details ensured that it felt like living in a home rather than a resort. Loads of quilts, pillows and cushions to keep you comfy. The caretaker made good homely food. It's away from crowd, a challenging last 500 meters drive, recommended for folks who wish to enjoy solitude and chirping birds.

The host was very courteous and friendly. Gave us clear instructions about the location and followed up on the day of visit for any issues. Its a new property and the checkin was very smooth. There was complete privacy and we enjoyed the stay. The helper ratan ji was also very good and helped us out with any requirements and prepared a nice meal for us.

Nikhil and Aarti's homestay, Anoop's by Deerwood Cottages, Jagdhar, is an amazing, cozy place! We had selected the place just by seeing the snap of the Himalayan views from their cottage and we were lucky that the weather was clear and crisp and we got the exact same views! The home is very well maintained and the decor is excellent! Host Nikhil was around all the time and was very helpful and friendly. The most important thing that we are grateful for is that the food was customised as per our needs. We were a bunch of people between the age range of 12 to 82! One of my aunts had zero tolerance level for spices, so we asked them to keep aside one small serving for her, in every meal, with zero spices; and they did just exactly that and my aunt was super happy! Few key points: Best Host at Airbnb in my whole Airbnb experience Felt like a real home, real home ngl Organic farming staples Super affordable and super beautiful Last but not the least, you gotta be there to truly feel what I might have missed above for this place.
