Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Gainesville

The Cane Patch is our ‘Go to’ place when we are staying in Dahlonega. We love this place and rent it at least twice a year without fail. Ross and Evelyn are Super Hosts, have a hidden gem of a place, and have become our very good friends now for almost a decade. Walkable to town, the UNG campus, and any type of restaurant that you desire, this is the place to stay. Highly recommend!

Shannon was a great host! The property was as described and in great condition and the location was perfect. We felt right at home for our weekend getaway. The bed was very comfortable and there were plenty of extra towels and pillows. They even had some snacks waiting for us. It is obvious that they put a lot of care into making this place feel like a home. We will definitely be staying here again if we come back!

We stayed only one night but definitely booking again in the future for a longer stay.

The place was honestly a bit smaller than I had expected, but it was my first time ever renting Airbnb so I didn’t even read descriptions before renting, so that’s on me. Everything felt pretty comfy and my favorite part was definitely the sound of the river at night, gives an extremely peaceful vibe to the stay. It’s also a great location to find waterfalls for those wanting to hike. Excellent location, would definitely rent again.

Great place to stay; A breath taking view look exactly as the photo, Pierre was a wonderful host answering all questions all letting me feel at home. It’s at a great convenient location for place to eat and grocery store. Check in and check out was super easy. Will definitely stay again.

Great location, with a great view if you’re looking for a get away. Everything was a short distance away. Space was quiet and clean. The welcome basket with the goodies were an amazing touch and super grateful for it.

William was an outstanding host, not only in the house and check-in instructions, but also having the house feel warm and welcoming to our us and our friends. They had snacks and cookies waiting for us even! The house and pool were gorgeous with great views of the lake and we couldn’t think of a better place to spend our vacation. Absolutely gorgeous space! The location was close to everything but in a tucked away friendly neighborhood! All the amenities were wonderful from the beautiful decorated decor to the large scale tub for soak. Would definitely visit again!

We had an amazing getaway! The home is beautifully built with attention to detail—every corner felt special and unique. The furniture was very comfortable, and the bathrooms had everything we needed. The showers were spacious, and the kitchen was fully stocked, making it easy for us to cook and enjoy meals during our stay. We loved taking several walks around the well-kept property, visiting the animals on the farm, and simply soaking in the peaceful natural surroundings. It was the perfect escape. Downtown Ellijay is just a short drive away and is a charming town to explore. The hosts were fantastic—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful. The check-in process was seamless, and their local recommendations were spot-on. We didn’t need to reach out for anything during our stay because everything was so well-prepared and easy. While the pictures of the property are stunning, it’s somehow even more beautiful in person. We would love to come back. Highly recommend this gem of a place!

What an amazing home on the lakefront! Gorgeous views of the lake with multiple places to gather outside and take it all in. Besides spending time on the dock, we spent most of our time in the screened in "4 seasons" room enjoying coffee in the morning, meals throughout the day, cocktails at sunset, and playing games. Everything about our stay was a 5 star experience from the time we checked in until we left. Katie left clear instructions on how to check in along with some recommendations for the area. She was quick in resonding to inquiries and made us feel at home. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. The beds were extremely comfortable and the linens were of high quality. The ping pong table was a hit along with the kayaks on the dock. All were used frequently. It was an idyllic location and the perfect family getaway for our long weekend at the lake!

House was stunning and very comfortable. The backyard is an oasis of tranquility. There was plenty of space for our adult family. We had dinner in the screened in porch every night and played games around the kitchen table. The lake water was really clean and had movement in it. The dock has lots of shade on the bottom and full sun on top. I can’t say enough about it. I highly recommend!!!

This is such a lovely home, and so close to downtown as described. We walked to the square multiple times, something I’ve never been able to do despite all of the times I’ve stayed in Gainesville! The hosts are great to communicate with, reasonable, and so accommodating. We’re excited to go back!

The space itself is very nice, plenty of room and generally clean. There were plenty of amenities and the checkout process and rules were minimal and very easy to follow. The neighborhood was OK, although being in a college area there was a prevalence of a certain illegal smoke aroma whenever we were outside. It was not noticeable at all in the apartment though. I only mention it given how often we encountered it. Overall I’d visit again and access to the Aquarium is excellent, even my almost 3 year old walked there from the apartment!

It was a nice Stay, Andre was very responsible, responsive and friendly. Very nice location and everything you need, I will definitely stay again another time visit in Atlanta!

We had a great stay at Jr.’s place. It’s walking distance to anywhere in the Village. If you’re outdoorsy like our group is I would recommend bringing your camping chairs if you plan on hanging on the property itself. There’s a nice grass area right out of the door we sat while we weren’t on the town. Great stay and host was very responsive to our needs.
