But there may be construction noise from time to time. (adjacent houses) Outdoor area is not yet completed and will be gradually being laid out in summer / autumn 2019.

Die Bauweise in massivem Bruchstein gibt dem Haus eine wunderbare Atmosphäre; Dank der Lage am Stadtgraben hat man einen offenen Blick nach Süden. Weitere Wohnung im Obergeschoss: dem Erdgeschoss vermieten wir seit Kurzem auch die separate Wohnung im 1. Stock über Airbnb.

The apartment is fully equipped with underfloor heating (warm in winter, nice and cool in summer) and fully furnished. We speak German, English, in French and Dutch.
