Holiday rentals with beach access in Gaeta

Roberto's place was exactly as advertised. Squeaky clean and with all the amenities listed in the description and fully functional. Roberto's father was very kind and helpful during the check-in. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is very well cared for, creating a "home" atmosphere. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and finally, the small balcony offers a breathtaking view of the entire bay of Terracina. Beautiful view when you wake up in the morning. Perfect starting point for various walks, adapting a little to the timetables of the means of transport, well served and connected with all points of interest nearby.

My husband, two kids and I had a wonderful stay in Sperlonga! We were able to check in early and was met by Eduardo, who showed us the apartment and gave us tips about restaurants and what to see. The apartment was very clean and cozy, more than big enough for four persons, and aircon and wifi worked perfectly. The locations of the apartment is great! One minute walk to the beautiful beach, cafes, restaurants and grocery store, and a short walk to the old town. We definitely want to come back!

Small apartment but equipped with everything you need for a stay of two people. Roberta welcomed us and helped us find the accommodation right away and explained everything with courtesy and friendliness. Very equipped kitchen, bathroom with very large shower. In addition, free use of umbrellas and deck chairs is provided. The property faces directly to the beach through a private gate, very important service in addition to free parking inside the property right in front of the house.

We traveled to Sperlonga with our small children. What an amazing and beautiful place, the apartment had a spectacular view of the ocean and was very comfortable for us. Our hosts were very accommodating of our many needs including finding a doctor for us on a scary day where our youngest fell sick. Cannot say enough good things about the town, the apartment, and our gracious hosts. Highly recommend!

The apartment is wonderful, clean and spacious, everything is as in the photo, with a beautiful view of the sea. Close to the sea. Norman is friendly, responds quickly to all inquiries. Will recommend to anyone, 10/10

The spacious apartment with high ceilings is well renovated and tastefully decorated. Unbeatable location, right in front of the beach. They have thought of all the details (shower gel, shampoo, soap, coffee, pasta, olive oil, etc.) to make you feel comfortable and at home. We have traveled with a 2-year-old baby, the apartment is prepared and safe for children, mosquito nets on the windows and terrace security. Nearby there is a very good playground and shops to buy what you need for children. 100% recommended.

The place was as shown in the pictures. Private courtyard for our car, and private gateway to the beach-street. Only remarks as an avid home cook, the pans&kithenware could have been updated, and the barbeque outside could maybe be replaced. There were lots and lots of toys our 3-year old enjoyed and loved so much. I can highly recommend Salvatores place for families. The walk to formia centre was doable.

We had to book this accommodation super spontaneously for 3 days because the area of our original accommodation was too unsafe. So, safety was our most important criterion and Alessia's apartment is in a safe area. We especially liked the fact that the AirBnB is spacious. The terrace is very pleasant and feels private, even with the view of the other balconies of the surrounding residential buildings. The two bathrooms are very helpful. One even has a bathtub, which was really worth its weight in gold for showering with a baby after the beach. The beach is about 5 to 10 minutes away on foot. There is air conditioning for those who use it. We prefer to sleep with open windows and earplugs (the distant street is already a bit noisy). Always happy to stay again :)

We had a wonderful stay at Andrea's place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The Airbnb is not only beautifully located, but also offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy the surroundings. It was spotlessly clean and superbly equipped, which made our stay very pleasant. A special highlight was the barbecue area with pizza oven – a real paradise for cooking fans and a great experience that we enjoyed very much. The proximity to the sea was another plus; it is only a few minutes to the magnificent cliffs and refreshing water. Andrea was a great host, and we look forward to coming back soon. Carlo is a very nice host. The house is wonderfully located with a fantastic terrace. Equipped with several parasols, loungers, a dining table and a relaxing sofa, you can enjoy the wonderful view of the sea and the all-round relaxed atmosphere all day long. In the very lovingly furnished house, everything you need for relaxing holidays is available. The access is exactly as Carlo describes: the smaller the car, the more relaxed the arrival :)

Ivo's house offers a unique view of the bay and is very well located for quick access to beaches and the city. Its access is well-deserved: it is accessed by an extremely narrow alley lined with walls. Long live the Fiat 500!

We had such a wonderful stay at Anna’s little seaside flat. The views were wonderful and just a few minutes walk down to the beach. Loved the eclectic artsy vibe of the flat. Anna was so helpful with providing us with restaurants that had gluten-free foods. Truly a place that we would enjoy again on our next trip to Gaeta.

Excellent place, very close to the beach and a calm place as well. Sonia was an amazing host, definitely recommend.

I recommend it to everyone, clean, nice, everything works, nice view, close to everything. We were with a family, it was comfortable, spacious and quiet. We didn't make any noise, but even during the day, the lower neighbor came up during the day to hear us walking barefoot… it was an inconvenience, there was little space to park on the street, there was little space, we were able to find one, but after a few days since we didn't move, they spotted our two back tires. Our host was very kind to help us right away, but the cost of the two new tires of €400 was bad… of course this is not the host's fault, but it may be a good idea to park the car in a different place every day to avoid the wrath of the locals.

Everything was perfect, from the arrival with a great welcome to check-out. All the services described were present in the apartment and communication with the host was simple and effective. Highly recommended.

The house is clean, equipped with all the services structured in a smart way, and with a wonderful little balcony overlooking the square of Sperlonga. The size is designed to make the stay as serene as possible, we also found some things for breakfast that were very appreciated as well as bathroom products. The friendliness of the host made our stay very pleasant, we had to arrive at night and Vincenzo was available despite the late hour to help us with the opening of the box because both my partner and I could not enter the code well, being the first time we had to check in automatically; we also needed to ask for information about parking and the beaches and he was always very present and available, also recommending a few places where we went to dinner, being more than good. We would pick it up because the location is great, like the friendliness of the host. Top

Great location, 4mins to Serapo beach. Spacious apartment with every commodities. The host was very responsive, went out of his way to help my mum and her friend in anything they needed. I hope we’ll stay here again next year. Highly recommend. Thank you Felice and Assunta. 😊

Beautiful and large apartment located at the entrance to the old town. The apartment has a great roof terrace with great views to all sides, which we used a lot. Short distance to restaurants and cafes in the beautiful old town. Bente responded quickly and was very helpful and accommodating. We can definitely recommend the place and will be happy to return😊.
