Great villa 100 meters from a beautiful sea in a private, elegant and quiet consortium with dedicated beach and beach equipment for 2 people. Fabulous, cozy and beautifully finished garden. Maybe some finishes in the house to improve, but overall we had a great time and we will consider the possibility of coming back in the future.

Perfect location in every way! An easy and pleasant 90 minute drive outside of Rome and just one turn off the main road and you’re suddenly at the beach house of your dreams! The location of this home couldn’t be more perfect, with quick and easy access to so many wonderful beaches and beautiful towns! You can walk or drive right to the ocean and get the sand between your toes! Really, the best spot. And when you come back, Emanuela’s house has brand new bathrooms that sparkle and one of the best spacious showers in Italy! Like rain with great water pressure. The bedroom is a fabulous place to get great sleep: dark and cool with perfect air conditioning, and a very comfortable, full sized firm bed. New and great condition amenities and appliances: televisions, laundry, kitchen, etc. Clean and cool: on hot days and nights, the house stays cool with its smooth tiles and new air conditioners. We had the best honeymoon we could have dreamed of because we stayed at Emanuela’s AirBnB.

I stayed in this house for four nights and had a great time. A small corner of rustic, simple and authentic tranquility, where you can breathe peace and immediately feel at home. The room was cozy, comfortable, clean sheets, ideal for those looking for a little peace but also practicality. The location is strategic: a few steps from the university, very convenient for those who need to reach it every day, despite being slightly outside the town, but it is possible to reach the center and the station with a walk. The owners are kind, welcoming and very helpful people, who help to make the stay even more pleasant, breakfast always ready, I only ate in the evening and the food was good with a small appetizer accompanied by the delicious buffalo mozzarella and a first course. In summary, a more than positive experience. I recommend it with pleasure!

Restful and relaxing stay - great location when breaking your journey from south to north. Added bonus of being able to see Monte Cassino - with a great views from the apartment. Clean, well provisioned and friendly host.

The apartment is in a village that was virtually wiped out during WWII. It has been rebuilt and it is again what I would expect of an Italian village. We loved the atmosphere. We had a drink in the bar below the apartment with a few of the locals and our hosts. Everyone was very friendly.

we arrived much later than expected, the welcome was truly wonderful. Breakfast was a plus, with everything you need, toiletries in large quantities! Dogs are welcome. Highly recommended!

Wow!! House nestled in the characteristic alleys of gaeta. We checked in by taking the keys from the bar near the listing (maximum flexibility). Once we entered we were amazed by the cleanliness, attention to detail and simply the beauty of the house (just renovated). We thank Alessia for her availability and attention to guests. We already stayed in Fondi for the second time. The location of the apartment is just perfect. You are right in the center, the bus stop and shopping can be reached in about 5 minutes. You can easily get to Sperlonga and Teraccina. So, we would love to stay there again.

Pleasant stay , very kind and professional hosts and staff. On the way out, we also found a thank you for choosing them a complimentary bottle of wine. Maybe I would only improve the windows in the pet friendly area on the beach that unfortunately had very little shade. But overall we had a great time. Thank you 💖

Just what I was hoping for. Quiet, comfortable, clean, great location, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, lovely.

Shower was hot. There was a good coffee machine and we slept well. Instructions were clear.

The accommodation is located in the inner area of Circeo, which is an advantage because it is far from the chaos but only 5 minutes by car from the sea. The accommodation is a small villa immersed in the countryside, renovated and cared for in every detail. The room and bathroom are very clean, spacious and very comfortable. In the morning, Valeria provided us with a full breakfast that we were able to enjoy in the beautiful patio. Valeria was very kind and extremely helpful. We will definitely be back!

Maria is a great, attentive hostess and offers a great and spacious apartment. We enjoyed the amenities, the magnificent view of the sea and the neighboring town of Gaeta and the good breakfast in the Bar Trieste. The central location is also good - we just didn't expect the main road to be so loud (earplugs for the night are helpful). But Maria can't do anything about the noise. 😉 For very good and also exceptional food we recommend in Formia the Trattoria "Il Tiesto" and in Gaeta the Zrattoria "La Maccelleria". We enjoyed it very much there.

Donatella was very kind and helpful. The house is located just above Itri, in a quiet area from which you have a beautiful view, the rooms are well-kept and clean. For breakfast there was a wide choice and the cake prepared by the landlady was really great. Recommended for those who want to enjoy a relaxing stay in the middle of the greenery.

The stay at Sandro's was a very pleasant experience: his villa in the countryside is just a few kilometers from the sea. The welcome was excellent. The place is well organized. Breakfast was very rich and genuine. The host is super helpful and thoughtful.
