We were absolutely delighted with the great, clean and especially beautiful house! We were looking for a house for ourselves, 4 children and dog, where everyone can find their place and tranquility and enjoy the community at the same time, and we found that: clean bathrooms, many bedrooms and common rooms, a small but fine pool in the middle of the olive grove, working Wi-Fi. It was just fantastic to eat together on the terrace, which is just under a roof of vines with lush grapes, overlooking the mountains and the gentle valley in the background. The house is very well equipped with everything your heart desires, even very loving children's cutlery and child service is available. The neighbors and residents of the place have all been very friendly, we felt welcome. The always available caretaker Gino was with every Ask a big help. In 10 min there are restaurants, shops, a hospital and a market.

We had a wonderful stay in Formia at Gisella’s house. The apartment is beachfront and the terrace is big and has a great view to the sea. The local people in the community and at the beach were very friendly and sweet. They invited us to taste different local food and to join a name day-party, at the beach. The local children played with our children. Every day they played football at the beach or handball or volleyball in the water. Our children age 4, 9 and 11 had a great time. We felt very welcome. The neighbor town “Gaeta” is beautiful and we were there several times. We can recommend to rent electric kick scooters with the app “Reby”. With them, the children suddenly loved sightseeing. Gisella was a perfect host. She sent many recommendations and was very sweet and helpful with everything we needed. We can definitely recommend Domus Hormiae to others.

Christian was an exquisite and helpful host. The house is also more beautiful than the photos and has all the necessary amenities. Very close to the supermarket for any need. The bike path to the center of Borgo Hermada allowed my daughter to move independently with the scooter. Exceptional stay. Thank you very much Christian for always being ready to meet every request. Very close to the Borgo Hermada equestrian club for those who, like my daughter, participate in horseback riding competitions. We recommend it to everyone! And we hope to come back soon to take a dip in the beautiful private pool too!

Just one problem, we didn't stay long enough!! Everything was perfect! Giovanni and his son Giuseppe were super nice and helpful. The house is perfect for a large family like ours and the outdoor space is wonderful! We hope to be back!

The the apartment itself is in a beautiful, residential old town 15min walk of pretty much everything you’ll want to see. The owners are super friendly and accommodating, and we can’t wait to come visit again in the near future :)

Niceapartment with a very large well-equipped terrace, ventilated especially at night, ideal for moments of relaxation. Good location, a few minutes away on foot you can find good restaurants,a great ice cream parlor, bar, supermarket, bank, ferry departure. Good communication with the host Francesco and his wife Valentina; in the apartment there is a book for guests with all the information: beaches, restaurants, supermarkets, what to see in the surroundings, etc., very useful. Free parking downstairs from the house. We had a great time, highly recommended.

Great location for a 5 day stay…. Short walk to Centro and the beach. Pool was magnificent.

Michele is very kind and hospitable. The spacious house is super clean full of everything you need Very well-kept and cool garden and lush large and clean pool with sun loungers umbrellas and tables as well as a bar area Everything is very quiet and cozy. A true paradise with Michele's hospitality, who took us to the supermarket on the first day, offered the bruschetta made by him and given the tomatoes from his garden! Close to the beautiful beach of Sant'Agostino where he recommended a beach in which to be reserved for him. What a wonderful experience that I recommend if you want to relax in a nice place in Gaeta

Pino, Teresa and Giovanni couldn't have been more lovely hosts. Our family had an incredible stay, the pool and surrounding views were perfect and we were able to see amazing nearby towns. Pino gave wonderful recommendations and the house was lovely and big enough to fit everyone comfortably. It is an adventure to get to the house, but we had no issue with the help of Teresa and Giovanni. Definitely great for families who like adventure and want to explore locally.

We received a great welcome from Anna and her husband Francesco, they are two very charming, helpful people and above all Anna's pastry is a delight. The studio is nicely furnished, clean, the place is great, it smells good of jasmine. We only stayed 3 days unfortunately but I will gladly come back

Unfortunately, we were there for a short time. Sabrina and her husband are super helpful and very nice people. The apartment is very clean and with every comfort, close to the Gulf of Arenauta, the most beautiful in my opinion on the coast, just 3 minutes by car with a wide choice of where to stop for a day at the beach. WE WILL DEFINITELY RETURN. THE VIEW FROM THE APARTMENTS OVERLOOKING THE SEA.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Marios’s. He was a terrific host, and he even hauled our heavy luggage up the stairs. Mario explained everything about the spacious well-equipped apartment in great detail. Everything in the apartment seemed to be brand new and in perfect condition. There were many “extras” that we don’t usually see at other AirBnBs. We really appreciated the washing machine, and I loved the Italian coffeemaker. Great shower and comfortable bed.The view from the window was exceptional! It was fun to watch all the action on the water and in the park.There were many great restaurants nearby, and a great little alimentary downstairs that made us delicious paninis! We loved Mario’s place!

Aesthetically wonderful house, very special design and a garden cared for in every detail. Clean and welcoming, complete with everything you need for your stay. Host available and responsive for any request. Great conversations with some restaurants in the area. We will definitely be back!

Hi My wife and I stayed with Robbi for 10 days on August 24. The accommodation is on the ground floor of a four-family house with a private parking space and a really well maintained garden right on the beach, you don't even have to cross the street. The villa is inside a private residence outside the center of Terracina; if during the day the beach is very crowded, in the evening the area is very quiet. We found the apartment, both as premises and as amenities, exactly as described in the listing; only a few problems with the WiFi connection and therefore with streaming TV programs (there is no antenna). We are sorry we did not meet our host Robbi in person, although by phone he was constantly interested in how our stay was going; by the way, I have to thank him for his willingness to prepare, upon our arrival, a surprise for my wife. Have a good life to everyone!

We spent 3 days in Giordano's beautiful house. We lacked absolutely nothing, it was equipped with everything and she also provided us with fruits and herbs from the garden. The house was super clean, spacious and the beds were comfortable. The only two drawbacks are the mosquitoes (not that it's the landlord's fault) and a little noise during the night coming from the street next door, which is very busy. Giordano was very nice, always available and gave us a lot of useful tips on the area and restaurants/ice cream/etc. Truly a super host! I recommend this beautiful cottage to anyone who wants to spend a few beautiful days by the sea!!

Not only was the apartment super clean and quiet, but the owner Livia was so welcoming, friendly, and helpful - even giving us fresh eggs from her chickens, fresh fruit from the local markets, and olive oil from her trees! She was available for absolutely everything we needed. The apartment is a 10 minute walk to a beautiful beach, a 5 minute walk to an amazing restaurant (Re Trombone), and there are bus stops on the main road (for Terracina or Sperlonga/Gaeta), 5 minute walk away./5 stelle! Not only was the apartment super clean and quiet, but the owner Livia was super welcoming and helpful - she even gave us fresh eggs from her chickens, fresh fruit from local markets, and olive oil from her trees! The apartment is a 10-minute walk from a beautiful beach, a 5-minute walk from one of the best restaurants (King Trombone) and there are bus stops (for Terracina or Sperlonga/Gaeta) 5 minutes walk on the main road.

In the studio on the ground floor there is no terrace or patio, the price corresponds to this. Location excellent quiet Monday-Friday, Saturday Sunday from 8-00 heard gunshots of some landfill nearby. We recommend that the car is very convenient to get to the sea and thermal springs, which are located nearby (Suio) there are public - without paying year-round and 8—12 euros with numerous hotels work until the first of October. We advise you to buy water for cooking, 0.17€ — 2 liters in the store, because the local water has a specific taste and sediment. Hosts are decent and almost always available.

Terracina is a beautiful town and the location of this Appartment in the historical center is amazing. There arw many small restaurants in the vicinity and the access to the beach ocean is beautiful.
