Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

The place is lovely! Great location and great chalet. Everything was really great. The only point that irritated us a bit was the check-in and check-out times. Check-in is only from 4 PM.. although we were only able to arrive later due to work, but checking out at 10 AM is quite sporty.. We didn't really have this on our radar and overslept, so I contacted the host and explained that we overslept and would only check out around 10:30 AM. At 10:25 AM a man knocks and without further words he goes into the chalet to clean the hot tub. No hello or goodbye. Of course, you would have to pay attention to the times yourself when booking, this got lost with us. Nevertheless, everything else was great and I can definitely recommend the place!

An outstanding place to stay! It's huge and perfectly set up. The interior design is amazing, a great modern interpretation of traditional Tirolian style. The huge hot tub, which was ready to use when we arrived, and the Finnish sauna are amazing highlights.. The apartment is located in the center of the small town with stores, restaurants, and wonderful trails in easy walking distance. This stay was a special experiance that we will remember for a long time to come! 10 out of 10.

We had a wonderful week. The cottage run by Maikel and Britt is beautiful and very well located in a medium mountain setting (1350 m) located at the foot of the Hochkönig in a bucolic and relaxing setting. Maikel and Britt are very welcoming and friendly, always present for good advice. The cottage is very clean, spacious, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The sauna is very useful after a good walk. The village of Mühlbarch am Hochkönig is located downstairs 5 km away in a small valley in the center of many hikes and also a family ski resort. We would recommend it.

We had a wonderful two-night stay and wished we could stay longer! The host was nice and quick to respond. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had an amazing rustic design that made it feel warm and special. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We felt right at home and would love to stay there again!

Wow, wow, wow this place is so beautiful and magical. Views of the Dolomites straight out your window. Beautifully appointed cabin with everything you need. The spa and saunas are fantastic after a day of exploring this incredibly gorgeous part of our planet. Ilaria is the most welcoming host even offering fresh eggs and locally made cheese. This portion of our Italian holiday will remain etched in our memories forever.

We absolutely enjoyed the apartment with our two children (2 and 5). It is absolutely clean, child-friendly, and has really everything you could need. Especially the connection to the Falkensteiner Cristallo was great for us - we could use the pools and children's pools and the children's program. Just perfect for families We definitely want to come back.

I would highly recommend this place! Really perfect as a group trip. The place is very lovingly decorated and contains everything that is needed! We especially loved the warm barrel!

Perfect accommodation for a larger group! There are cozy rooms for retreat and a spacious living room and terrace for socializing. The apartment and kitchen are perfectly equipped. The location with the lake behind the house is perfect and a wonderful starting point for hikes!

The house is very cozy and perfect for an outdoor / fitness holiday. The gym is well equipped and the sauna offers the perfect relaxation opportunity. Angelika and Jürgen are super friendly and accommodating, check-in and check-out were smooth and communication very fast and always warm. We especially liked the hiking trails in the immediate vicinity. All in all definitely extremely recommended!

We were in Maria Alm in January 2025 to ski. The apartment is very quietly located on the northern edge of the city center of Maria Alm. Oliver was a friendly host, the apartment was in perfect order, clean, spacious and very nice, especially with the most necessary things, furnished. We felt very comfortable. Oliver had good tips for restaurants and shopping. A parking place is also available. It's just a few minutes' walk to the Natrunbahn. At the valley station there is a super modern ski depot and you don't always have to carry the skis back and forth. All in all, excellent. Thank you. We will be happy to come back.

Very well planned accommodation with pleasant interior, everything necessary and a beautiful view of the mountains. A large number of nearby attractions. I recommend it without a doubt and will come back on occasion.

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

We stayed in Sven's house for a short week. It is even more spacious, more atmospheric and tastefully decorated than in the photos. A very spacious living room and spacious bedrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. Bathroom is spacious and beautiful. The whole house is clean and tidy. The garden is not spacious but sufficiently large. You can enjoy the birdsong. Enjoy the sun or sit cool in the shade. Sven's dog is very sweet and likes to say hello. This also applies to Caesar, the neighbor's friendly dog who likes to walk with you or stop by for a pat on the head. There is some activity on the farm next door. Certainly not all day long. It didn't bother us either. We immediately felt at ease, thanks in part to Sven's kindness!

Our stay at Lisa’s farm apartment was absolutely unforgettable. The view from the balcony was unreal — expansive green fields, majestic mountains, and total tranquility. It felt like stepping into a painting every time we looked outside. The apartment was clean, cozy, and perfectly situated for a peaceful escape. It’s clear Lisa has put a lot of thought into making guests feel at home — she left a list of fantastic local recommendations that really helped us experience the area like a local. This is the perfect place to relax, unwind, and soak in the beauty of the Dolomites. If you’re looking for peace, nature, and a truly memorable view, this is it. A true piece of gold! The perfect place to go hiking well nearby and also find tranquility. Peter greeted us in a very friendly way and directly gave us all the important tips for the area. The amenities of the accommodation were more than adequate and we felt right at home. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who wants to spend time in the beautiful mountains of East Tyrol!

The accommodation is cute, very pleasant, well equipped with in addition to what to occupy on rainy days (books, board games...) not to mention the ancillary activities available (swimming pool, sauna, solarium, fitness, children's game room, ping pong table). In addition it is conveniently located at the crossroads of cities such as Munich, Salzburg and Innsbruck. Oberaudorf alone is worth a visit and especially as Tyrol is within reach to vary the excursions. We highly recommend this listing for a relaxing stay in Germany. It was a little piece of paradise.

The stay was very calm and peaceful surroundings. You just hear the sound of birds and mountains look like they also sleep in the night and you get up in the morning with fresh air from Nature. 100% Recommended.

Absolutely amazing mountain hut in stunning scenery. Teresa and Stefan have put in loads of work so that you can get back to basics, slow down and live it up in natural luxury! Thoroughly recommend Danke schon!

Loved the view and the nature around the place

Very very spacious house and property. Easy to park. Lots to do for kids. Nice and quiet but close to the airport and also some nice restaurants near by. Would have liked something for mosquitoes as there are a lot, so bring something along.

Katrin's place is great for a getaway. She made us feel right at home quickly and provided lots of recommendations in the area. We will have to visit again as there were so many nice things to do. The house was cosy and the outdoor space was great to relax.

We were guests of Maria and Josef for an extended hiking weekend. I can only agree with the previous reviews - we had a wonderful AirBnB experience in the best sense, as it was originally intended! You will live on the upper floor of the detached house - enough privacy, but also "family connection"! Maria and Josef have a big heart, are very friendly, open and helpful and gave us great tips for our hikes. The rooms are spacious, super clean, furnished in a traditional style, you have a great view everywhere, the balcony offers space to eat. The location is very quiet and surrounded by nature, yet you can reach the village for shopping or the highway in a few minutes by car and can also reach more distant destinations quickly. There is a lot to explore in the area, from easy walks to challenging summit tours! We immediately felt comfortable and welcome and would come back without hesitation!

Was a perfect place to start our Austria vacation. Was great to stay in the apartment with kitchen so we could cook for ourselves after long days of skiing. And the spa areas were a great way to unwind. Highly recommend for anyone to stay here.
