Our cozy apartment is located in the heart of Fusch on Glocknerstraße. It is located in a beautifully renovated farmhouse on the 2nd floor. On approx. 53 m² of living space you will find a kitchen with dining area and a cozy living area, a bedroom and the bathroom with toilet. Our apartment is ideally suited for 2-4 people. Enjoy the view from the terrace overlooking the entire village. If you are looking for peace and relaxation, you have found the right place!

For your sole use, we offer our around 200 years old, core renovated cabin. Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cabin offers the perfect accommodation for four in about 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny hillside. This quaint retreat is not far from the Mölltal Glacier Railway and many excursion destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Absolute seclusion and yet in the middle of the European sports region Kaprun, Zell am See. You can easily escape everyday life in our hut, and spend pleasant days with your families or friends. Our latest highlight is a smoker including a tutorial book. Our cottage is ideally suited for 2 to 4 persons. Electricity + water available.

It is equipped with a double bed, private bathroom, kitchenette and balcony. Good public transport connection, about 700 m from the main road, train station and bus stops. The center is also within walking distance along the Gasteiner Ache in approx. 30 minutes. Ski storage is available.

The 65 m² property on the first floor consists of a living room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) as well as a TV. The holiday apartment offers a shared garden where you can enjoy relaxing mornings.
