We had a great time! The accommodation is ideally located, a few minutes' walk from shops and restaurants. It is extremely pleasant to live in, perfectly furnished and decorated with great taste. The terrace is a real plus, very nice to relax. Communication with Isabelle was fluid and very responsive. We highly recommend this listing!

We had a great stay in Mamoune's cocoon. Very good welcome from Miguel with many surprises on arrival, which is very pleasant. The accommodation is faithful to the photos and very pleasant. Very good welcome, instructions given on arrival very clear, accompanied by a house guide with everything you need to know in the accommodation as well as in the region. Very nice house, quiet. For 6 people it is ideal. Close to the city center. A small beach easy to access by bike. There are small paths. Great. A parking a little further, very convenient to leave your car because the sector is in the blue zone. A small courtyard surrounded by a low wall with everything to barbecue and spend friendly moments.

A very pleasant stay in this small house renovated, tastefully renovated. Everything necessary was available and comfort is there. Close proximity to the center and the beach.

Very good family stay, impeccable and well-equipped accommodation! Host welcoming and responsive. Peaceful and exotic environment. The weekend was very much enjoyed by both our 16-month-old son and our 90-year-old grandmother! We'll be there 😊

The place is as nice as the pictures. You can tell that everything has been thought out carefully. We immediately feel good there! Board games, books and DVDs available. Ideally located to walk to the beach (5 min), take walks or even walk to the Tharon beach market/restaurants (30 min). The little extra from the host, beers brewed by him for our arrival as well as good local addresses!

We had a pleasant stay. The house is very well located and very well furnished. The entrance is on the street but the rooms are at the back, so it is extremely quiet. The veranda and the small terrace are a plus for this accommodation located in the city.

Great apartment, across the road from the Loire river. Easy check-in with key left in key box outside apartment on 1st floor in dry riser cupboard. Modern, stylish and spotlessly clean. On site underground parking with designated parking bay. Within 15- 20 minutes walk to Chateau des ducs de Bretagne and cathedral etc. Friendly and responsive hosts. Many thanks Julien.

Google Maps did not clearly indicate the location of the listing but the caretaker easily guided us to the right place. We were there in May so we had no worries about parking, but I think it can be more complicated in summer. The place is great and the ocean view is amazing, the beach can be reached in two minutes and it's a real pleasure to be able to get there so quickly. There is also a nice little bar on the beach. There is a supermarket within walking distance and otherwise by car we are less than a quarter of an hour from all kinds of shops. The stay was great, I would definitely recommend!

We had a great stay. We loved the location close to the beach and golf course. The apartment was as described - very functional and quiet. The interactions with David and Hélène were easy and very friendly.
