Quiet holiday home on the edge of the Pays de Monts state forest and close to the beach, at the foot of the Noirmoutier bridge, ideal for recharging your batteries. The house includes a spacious 42 m² living room, 3 bedrooms that can accommodate up to 6/7 beds, a large bathroom with walk-in shower and a beautiful outdoor area with 90 m² of terrace, which can accommodate a dining area and a relaxation area (sunbathing/lounge sofa), all with a beautiful garden.

Beautiful house for a family of 4 and a dog. House a few hundred meters from the beach through the forest. Very central for the region and stroll between Noirmoutier and the Vendee. Very functional and charming house. The communication with Liz went very well. Recommended for a week's vacation!

Very well located, sea view, 2 steps from the beach, the pier of the island of D'yeu and the bridge of Noirmoutier. Busy neighborhood. Private parking space at the foot of the small building. Very pleasant accommodation to live in with large enclosed balcony overlooking the sea. We won't hesitate to go back if the opportunity arises. Attentive and responsive owner.
