A beautiful sea view in a clean, modern and pleasant apartment. All the comfort was there, both in the equipment and in the beauty of the furniture. One downside: only one parking space to share for 2 different rentals: first come, first served. I recommend it and will come back🤩.

Very pleasant vacation home, with independent and individual access, in a very quiet environment during our four-day stay in June. No noise at night in particular. Spacious house for two people with a large bedroom, a pleasant living/dining room with a good sofa, which is not always the case in rentals, very well located for walking access to Fromentine beach, shops and restaurants, the forest nearby and of course the pier for the island of Yeu. Nice garden furniture. Orientation that guarantees a certain freshness with a sun on the facade rather at the end of the day.

Very well located, sea view, 2 steps from the beach, the pier of the island of D'yeu and the bridge of Noirmoutier. Busy neighborhood. Private parking space at the foot of the small building. Very pleasant accommodation to live in with large enclosed balcony overlooking the sea. We won't hesitate to go back if the opportunity arises. Attentive and responsive owner.

Laurence and her husband are great! They guided us on the points to visit and were good tips. We had problems with meals... and Laurence prepared a dish for us: great and also excellent! They are super accommodating and really nice. The space was very clean and close to the city center. The Pont de Noirmoutier is right next door for an afternoon stroll on the island! The address is to be recommended without so much as a second thought!
