Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Frederick

I was in town to visit a long time friend who happened to live within walking distance. Diane & John’s place was perfect for my visit. Everything was very clean and tidy. The space was well appointed and organized. The bed was comfortable and the entire space relaxing. I also appreciated the fact that I was not expected to do a lot of cleanup.

Even though you are right downtown, it's a peaceful location. Beds are comfortable and place was exceptionally clean. The skylight while it rained was a beautiful surprise. Will definitely book this place again if/when we come back!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely Airbnb in Loveland. The home was beautiful both inside and out - clean, well-kept, and thoughtfully decorated. Despite being located near an industrial area, the neighborhood was surprisingly quiet and serene, which made for a peaceful and relaxing stay. All the accommodations were excellent - everything we needed was provided, and it truly felt like a home away from home. We would absolutely return and highly recommend this place to others. We stayed without dogs and had a great time in the area. Very walkable neighborhood, safe area and clean space to stay in. Mark was always responsive with questions and proactive about checkin. Check out was seamless too. Highly recommend a stay here, especially if you have dogs.

I stayed here for 3 weeks on a work trip and had a great experience. The place is well kept and centrally located in Brighton. The value per dollar compared to a hotel was a bright point and I will definitely book again on my next work outing.

We had a great stay with Nikki! The bed was comfortable and the garden was super peaceful. We went to the restaurant she recommended twice because it was so good (the west side tavern) Although the ceiling was a bit low for my 6”4 fiancé, I would definitely recommend her place!

We had a wonderful stay and the location was great for being near downtown Longmont. Having farm fresh eggs and freshly roasted local coffee was an added bonus. The fenced in yard was perfect for our dogs and the neighborhood was great for taking daily strolls.

This place was very nice and clean. It was very accurate to the pictures and the instructions were very clear. Strongly recommend!!

Christen’s Airbnb exceeded our expectations in every way. The space was even better than it looked in the pictures—larger, spotless, and thoughtfully designed. It was incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need, including shampoo, body wash, laundry detergent, an ironing board, and more. The couch was super comfortable, perfect for relaxing, and the walk-in closet was impressively spacious. We truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely book again!

David's place was what we expected. It was close to where we were needing to be the whole week we were there. considering the prices of other places around, it was cheaper than them. It was less expensive and way more convenient than a hotel. It was very thoughtful and greatly appreciated to have the portable AC to help keep the place comfortable. We would likely stay here again if there were only 3 people. The fourth person was on the futon...which are not historically very comfortable. That isn't David's fault. We picked the location and went into if knowing what the place had to offer. David had accurate advertising and responded to questions we had. This was our first Airbnb experience which made me a bit uncertain.

Return guests, always 5 stars, everything you need plus many special touches like the high end coffee machine, excellent hosts!

We had a blast at John’s place. We saw a show at red rocks which was only 15 minutes away. We loved the hot tub, cold plunge and sauna. He even left us DoorDash from Culver’s. 10/10 Thanks John!

I try and stay here every time I am in CO. I love the house and the area. The location is great for me because it is so close to Boulder and Rocky Mountain National Park! Plenty of hiking and running trails also!

The basement apartment is even bigger than appear in the listing’s photos. Everything was perfectly clean, and the neighborhood is residential; quiet and safe. There’s a Walmart one mile away and it’s a 50 minutes’ drive to the entrance booth of Rocky Mountain NP. Devon is a conscious host and sends eventual messages to make sure everything is fine. Very recommended place to stay.

I would definitely stay there again. I felt safe, it was easy to find what I needed from this accessible location.

Amazing space, location, and host! The condo was centrally located, had beautiful finishes, and an amazing mattress/loft for sleeping! Irina was friendly and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

We loved our stay! The neighborhood is quiet and conveniently located. We felt right at home in this cozy, homey place. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Both bedrooms have a smart TV, plus one in family room. And super plush wall-to-wall carpeting upstairs for maximum comfiness. We also really liked the motion-sensor nightlight system throughout the house. The kitchen had tons of equipment in it so you'll be all set if you cook. Keurig for no-fuss coffee, and coffee pods available in all different roasts. We were 10 minutes from downtown Boulder and right next to 29th street mall, which is a terrific shopping center. I went on some runs during my stay and was so excited to discover a bike/walking path just 5 minutes into my run (off Iris Ave). Brian was so laidback and accommodating about everything. Barely any check-out duties, so it was really easy when we had to leave before dawn to catch an early flight back home. 10/10 recommend this place.

Excellent spot to relax, very well done, clean and comfortable. Great atmosphere on the deck and we encountered some elk walking along the river right in front of us during our stay.

Location was very convenient for us . Apartment was well equipped: bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen.

Gregory's place is the perfect, quiet getaway in Boulder. It had everything I needed and more. My favorite part is the location as it's located to some awesome hiking trails and amazing views of the mountains. There are two grocery stores a quick walk away along with coffee shops and more. Gregory is quick to respond and very helpful in accommodating his guests. I will definitely stay here again if I need a place in Boulder!

We loved our stay at Natsliya's. Her condo was comfortable and peaceful. Close to everything we wanted to do, no more than 15 to 20 mins. we loved relaxing on her beautiful patio! Nataliya was responsive and gave excellent suggestions. Highly recommend her condo!

This establishment was the first Airbnb I booked that looked exactly as shown in the picture. Great amenities and beautiful aesthetics, I loved my stay and will recommend it to anyone.
