My group and I had an amazing stay at Summit Time! The unit was great, and the host was very responsive and accommodating to our needs, especially our late checkout request. We’re already looking forward to returning.

Despite a big glitch before arrival, David resolved everything before we arrived. The location is perfect for skiing. The condo had everything we needed.

Booked this place very last minute and we were SHOCKED by how awesome the room was. So many amenities and activities in the complex as well. To top it all off, it’s directly connected to the slopes. It uses a trail called corridor and leads right to the main lift. Definitely book here if you are looking to snowboard Winter Park!

This home went above our expectations. The condo was so spacious. It felt like a brand new home. It was impeccably, clean and free of any clutter. The natural light is amazing. You can’t go wrong with the area as there are a couple walkable restaurants, and a little market. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the amenities the condo had to offer. The host was very responsive and left us detailed instructions and detailed information once we were in the condo. Definitely looking forward to booking this again and letting everyone know what a beautiful property it is!

Wonderful accommodations. Very comfortable for 8 adults and can easily fit 10 adults with two people on a pullout couch in a gathering room that has a door for privacy. Great location--close to Winter Park and a short drive to Grand Lake & RMNP. The hosts have thought of everything! The kitchen is well stocked. They have comfortable seating in both gathering rooms, throw blankets, an enclosed fireplace that can be turned on with the flip of a switch, heated mats on the front stairs and out to the hot tub, foosball table, games ... This is a quiet neighborhood but is within a short drive to a grocery store, downhill skiing, restaurants & bars, hiking trails, and Devil's Thumb Ranch which has beautifully groomed cross country trails just to name a few things.

The location is beautiful and the house was perfect for me and family staying for a high school graduation in town. Fully stocked with everything one could need. And it was great having two living areas for everyone to have their space.

The accommodations were exactly as described & pictured. Steve was easy to get a hold of as well as very friendly. We felt very at home. The yard & doggy door were great for our dog & the area was quiet & peaceful. We had 6 adults & came for a combined work/family trip. There was plenty of room to spread out & have alone time while also being together in the same space. The deck was amazing & relaxing to sit outside & enjoy the surroundings. Beautiful views! The house fit our group very well. It was great to have so many bathrooms and the two separate levels were nice to spread out in. We highly recommend 4 wheel drive for the driveway as it becomes very slippery with melting and refreezing at night. The hot tub is great after a day on the slopes! Towels for the hot tub would be a bonus as there are limited towels in the bathrooms. Overall, a very nice rental!

Loved our stay. We had a family vacation and Jill's place was terrific! Breathtaking. She thought of everything especially since we all had individual needs and interests. I appreciated the workout room, game room, variety of games, hot tub, tea, coffee. Kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Very easy to get to Grand Lake and RMNP. Jill and Matt were welcoming and responsive. Spectacular home!

This place was amazing! It is directly on the Home Again ski run. It is a blue and was easily skiable. We were able to take our kids and grandkids and everyone had plenty of space to spread out and enjoy themselves. We will definitely return.

The listing had beautiful photos and description, but the bar was raised even higher upon arrival. The views of the mountains and field are 10x better than in the photos, the creek sound was peaceful, and the house was stunning - it had everything you need to have fun with families or relax on the back deck. The only complaint our group had was about the uncomfortable beds. The mattresses were hard and could use thick pillow toppers. Aside from that, we loved the neighborhood pond/lake which was awesome for paddle boarding, swimming, and fishing. We’ll definitely be back!!

My family and I had a great stay at CozyCozens! The hosts were very accomadating and responsive. The location is prefect. Close to everything! Minutes away form skiing, shopping, eating. Loved all the amenities this Airbnb had to offer. Cotton sheets, tvs in every room, his and hers robes, heated toilets. And of course the private hot tub with a gorgeous view. Also loved how there wasn't a long list of to dos upon check out. Makes the morning departure a lot less stressful. Would definitely recommend!

Barbara's condo was perfect for our trip! It's an amazing location, right next to the bus stop to get to the ski mountain, but also in town for groceries/restaurants. The condo itself was as described, with a comfortable sofa bed and plenty of space to hang out. The kitchen was small but well stocked with basic pantry supplies and lots of coffee. And I was very appreciative of the condo's accessibility and proximity to urgent care when I hurt my knee skiing -- I'd definitely rebook Barbara's place for another ski trip as soon as I can!

Kelley’s place was in a perfect location just walking distance of the shuttle. It was clean and just the right size for us. Would stay here again and would recommend to friends!

We had a great stay. Perfect room — clean with a great view. The game room in the building was a huge plus for my son. Shawn’s detailed instructions on parking and checking into the building were perfect. We were confused at first but then realized it’s all laid out with photos and videos. Thanks so much for letting us stay!

Our original spring break plans fell apart… Last minute we booked with Brandon. I think at 2:00AM….we decided to not to try another flight. And just drive up to Winter Park. I woke up with a message that he accepted our reservations with only 12 hour notice. He also knew that my family was going to hit the slopes in the morning but, I wasn’t. He offered to coordinate an earlier check in for me. This unit is very nicely decorated and clean. There are lots of extra pillows and blankets. Kitchen was fully stocked with all the tools to cook and make coffee or tea. But, we most took advantage of being able to walk to the restaurants near by. It’s conveniently located by the nice trails, market and restaurants. I booked this place thinking of me, not so much for my boarders. But, the drive to board was just 5-10 minutes away. There is also a free bus. My family loved the location! Thank you Brandon!

We had a wonderful stay at John’s place near Winter Park resort. The home was lovely, clean, and well stocked. We would stay again!

Casey’s place is incredibly convenient and the inside is exactly as advertised. Very nice beds and the kitchen was well stocked. It was nice to park just 10-20 meters from the elevator and then find the place on level 3 just a short distance from the elevator. When you’re staying here, you walk out directly into the base of Winter Park so you’re right at the gondola, Starbucks, and the base lodge. The place is spacious. We had two people, but the sofa bed would have made it comfortable with four. Casey is friendly and easy to work with. We will be back.
