What a beautiful little slice of the yarra valley. The heating was very efficient, it was icy overnight and we had no idea. We woke to kangaroos outside the window each morning. The caretakers lodge was much closer to the accommodation than I expected, however they were very helpful and friendly and I didn't see them apart from when I checked in. The house is stunning. The view from the huge windows is lovely. It felt very luxurious and was a lovely place to stay after getting married. I would absolutely recommend Kangaroo Manor to others, and I'd love the opportunity to stay there again one day. The hosts were very proactive, kind, and professional, and gave me the impression that I could contact them at any time. Thank you for a very memorable experience.

I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at this property ! From the moment I arrived, everything was seamless. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had all the thoughtful touches that made it feel cozy and welcoming. The bed was super comfortable, the kitchen was well-equipped, and the entire space felt peaceful and private. The host was incredibly responsive, friendly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a great stay. Clear instructions were provided for check-in/check-out, and they even left a lovely welcome note and a few local treats, which was such a kind gesture. The location was perfect — quiet and safe I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay. We stayed at Ivys place for 24 days and it was perfect. As a family with 2 young kids, having a pool was ideal. It was very clean inside and welcoming. Ivy was very accomdating as we came to Australia for our best friends wedding, and allowed the groom to stay the night before the wedding. Ivy was very responsive. The house is in a lovely area and the kids were gutted when we had to leave. Would definately stay again and highly recommend x

We had a wonderful stay! The host was very accommodating, offered us a last-minute booking with a discount and even allowed a late checkout, which we really appreciated. The house was spacious, clean, and perfect for us with more than enough room for everyone. We especially enjoyed the pool and hot spa, and had so much fun with the billiards and ping pong. It was also lovely to arrive to a complimentary bottle of wine, such a thoughtful touch! The property is also pet-friendly, which made it even more perfect for us. Highly recommended. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely come back again. Thank you!

If you’re looking for a house to relax and unwind, this could be the one for you! The house was warm and homily, and delivered some amazing sunrises / sunset views, all whilst relaxing in the spacious upstairs lounge. The house was clean throughout, and large enough to accommodate our group of friends. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend. Peggy is a great host, super responsive and even provided some complimentary wine to welcome us. Cheers to that!

We had a wonderful stay at Debbie’s place. Located on the hills of Mount Martha, near the road running along Mornington Peninsula. It is a short drive to many amenities such as restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. The heated pool (38 degrees) on the top floor, next to the main living area was the highlight. Our entire family was soaked in the heated pool overlooking Safety beach and Arthur’s Seat during the winter weather. Perfect. We were just surprised to see there was some renovation work ongoing at the car porch and lift area, but there was no work or disturbance to our stay, so it did not interfere with our experience.

Andrew’s place was exactly what we needed while visiting family here in Somerville! His home was cosy and clean. The kids especially loved the board games and books found in the cupboards — it really kept them busy in the evenings while my wife and I were cooking dinner in the kitchen. Andrew was also responsive when we had questions, and was thoughtful to check in to see if things were fine :) Would definitely recommend this place to families with young children.

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach. The place had beautiful furnishings, was spotless and actually even better than the photos. We especially loved spending evenings around the fire pit and had a blast with the table tennis table. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

A beautiful house which really makes the most of the ocean views. We really enjoyed the design of this house with great natural light and versatile spaces. Despite having a very cold snap with the weather, the house was quick to warm and remained warm when the heating was off. Great location with easy car access to Philip Island and surrounds, but otherwise very peaceful. Would definitely stay here again.

This was our third stay at Mahalia's Airbnb as we love it so much! Apartment was clean, stylish, really open & bright, beds were super comfy, fully equip kitchen with everything you need to cook and great outdoor area. Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The indoor-outdoor room was a real highlight—it created such a beautiful, open space to relax and enjoy both the home and the outdoors. We spent so much time there just unwinding, having meals, and soaking up the atmosphere. It made the whole stay feel like a luxury retreat. The rest of the home was equally impressive—spotlessly clean, well-equipped, and super comfortable. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and the host was friendly, helpful, and easy to communicate with. This place had everything we needed and more. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Highly recommended!

Stayed here with my family 4 adults and 2 kids we thoroughly enjoyed it the house was clean and comfortable it had everything we needed. It’s in a great location 5 minute walk to shops cafes and beach. Markus our host greeted us on arrival he was friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend.

Karen was a great host. Checking in on us and making sure everything was ok. She was very quick in her responses. The location of the home was great. Convenient to go to many places in Mornington. The home is very warm and cosy to stay in. A lot of amenities were provided which made staying at the house very enjoyable.

Our family stayed for just over a month and enjoyed the house! We appreciated the four bedrooms with individual AC/heat and comfy beds and bedding. The view of the ocean was amazing from the two bedrooms on that side of the house. The back green space connects directly to a wonderful beach for walking. The air hockey table was fun, and kiddo really appreciated the large number of books to read! Our kiddo went to Edithvale Primary School while we stayed at the house, and they really enjoyed it. Restaurants and train station are an easy ~10-15 min walk. Highly recommend!

My partner and I had a wonderful time at Marina Vista! The home was so cozy and set up beautifully with furniture and lovely antiques around the home. The view overlooking the Marina is breathtaking! There were local restaurant recommendations that we tried and LOVED! Laura has set up a beautiful home in an excellent location and we can’t wait to come back! 😍

Robin was an excellent host. Very accommodating and wanting to ensure we had a great time at his residence. His understanding and flexibility was very much appreciated as we were there for my daughters tennis and allowed us to extend our stay daily as she progressed in the competition. They were very patient with the unpredictability of tennis competitions. We were very comfortable with everything we needed.
