House holiday rentals in Franklin Township

This is a definite must stay if you’re coming to Philly with a large family! The place is simply amazing home and is modern, spacious and pristine in nature! It’s is wonderfully decorated and could easily be a show home! It is exactly as advertised and much more! The jacuzzi and outdoor patio and bbq are a really nice touch, and well as the exercise room and equipment on the second floor! Katerina is a gracious and wonderful host! She responded to any inquiries in a timely and helpful manner! We truly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return! We had a fantastic time on the lake at Nick’s house! House was huge and easily accommodated a big group plus had lots of activities, ping pong and pickleball nearby. The house was perfect for our weekend away and we’d definitely come back!

We had a great time at Milena’s home. It was one of the cleanest places we’ve ever stayed at! It was pristine and the bedding was so clean and everything was just spotless! She really thought of all amenities to make you feel like home! Our little one loved the toys and books throughout the home and we all loved the game room so much! Place was absolutely beautiful! Plenty of room and Plenty of space for us to relax. Edwin was very responsive which made our trip go by so smoothly!

Roxanne & Stan’s home is a great place to stay. In an area with many things to do, you won’t feel the need to leave the property — you’ll be fine right there! Our kids had a blast in the pool (even if the weather definitely wasn’t great), and we loved the fire pit and hot tub. The house itself is clean, airy, and exactly what you see in the pictures. We are actually locals, so we know the area quite well. We have seen many of the other rentals as this one is truly a great find. Our hosts were in constant contact with us, even though we honestly didn’t need any assistance because they were so clear in their instructions — but it was great to know they were always there and willing to help if needed. We will definitely consider booking again! Thanks for everything!

The house was very cozy and had charm and had everything we needed for a week long stay. The area was very safe and peaceful and lots to eat close by. The beds and couch were also super comfortable. Just not super little kid friendly but I knew that going in to it. Would absolutely stay there again.

Pickel Farm is the sort of rental you hope for when renting an AirBnb. Lovingly cared for and maintained, the house is a home, not just a rental. The grounds are beautiful - tranquil location but minutes from Peapack (great coffee, restaurants...). We stayed with our three kids and thoroughly enjoyed our time. We'll miss Pickle Farm and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a home in the area.

I really enjoyed my stay at Harun’s place, it was peaceful, quiet and felt grounding during a hectic week. He was kind, responsive, and easy to talk to. I’d definitely be staying here again!

Sara is a fantastic host. The location is walkable to all that Princeton has downtown, and the house has everything that we needed for young kids including a pack-n-play, high chair, and child plates / silverware. We would definitely stay here again!

Ram was super accommodating to us, setting up a crib and highchair for our son, and even getting us batteries for his favorite toy.

Fantastic place to stay! This was our first Airbnb experience and it was awesome. The host, Jean was super responsive and helpful. The place was clean, had snacks and a good setup in the kitchen to have the things you’d need for a great stay! House was easy to get in and out of and it was very clean and accommodating! Felt like a home away from home.. would stay again!

The river house was beautiful and clean, just as described. The view of the river was amazing! We were able to enjoy a bike ride on the canal towpath, which was so easy to access. Even with the rainy weather, it was a great stay with plenty to do in the area. We look forward to staying again in the future.

We were in town for a regatta at Mercer Lake, only about 15 minutes away. House was a Great location, close to everything (food gas groceries etc). House was very clean and perfect for the couple of days we were in town. Spent some off time at the grounds for sculpture, neat place to check out. Thank you

The cottage is beautifully restored and has all the charm while also offering modern day amenities. The hosts have truly thought of everything you may need and made it the most comfortable stay! It was easy to find and provided lots of privacy whole also being close to downtown to enjoy a dinner out. It was clean and beautifully decorated with some unique elements like a dragon shaped bathroom faucet. The hosts were very friendly and easy to reach. We would love to come back for another visit!

Cozy, comfortable, warm, convenient, and homey! Melissa's place was perfect for a longer stay and equipped with kitchen essentials and laundry. The Zen Den was a wonderful space for exercise, and the second bedroom doubled as an office space for remote work. Lovely!

Jessica was a super, super host. It is very peaceful here. The house was very clean, well equipped, and had a great selection of coffees,spices,bug spray, and even smores kit, it was all there. The attention to details made the stay very comfortable. The area is beautiful. I highly recommend Jessica's place.
