Very responsive host and was exactly as described! Busy weekend before Memorial Day holiday and Friday night was louder than the week days but that’s expected. My kiddos said it was the best trip they’ve been on experiencing downtown Nashville. Location was perfect for walking the city all within a reasonable distance too.

True story, Linda's place was perfection. Location, decor, facilities. My husband and I couldn't have asked for a better spot for our getaway. We walked to the gulch and to Broadway in the morning/early afternoon each day and opted for an Uber back each eve. Uber was $8-10. Linda was so nice and easy to connect with. Thanks for making our trip top notch!!

We had a wonderful stay at Andrew and Julia’s apartment! The space was clean, bright, and welcoming — we especially loved the wrap-around porch, which was perfect for relaxing. The hosts went above and beyond with all the thoughtful extras: coffee and fixings, bottled water, snacks, a tea kettle, steamer, and so many other great amenities that made us feel right at home. The location is fantastic — within walking distance to Broadway and right in the heart of a lively, vibrant part of town. While it was a bit noisy over the holiday weekend with a younger crowd and a couple of fire alarms, that’s to be expected in such a bustling area. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this spot to others!

Dolly's was the most perfect place to stay for our first time in Nashville. It was in the best location, walkable to Broadway, and very safe. The place was so cool, all the extras that it had was very well thought of. Very clean. We will for sure stay here again when we come back! Thank you so much.

Michael was absolutely wonderful! The place was so nice and clean! I do however want to say that the step up to the bathroom/shower will get you everytime. 🤣 It’s close to everything and a lot of good restaurants! He also provided us with a huge list of places to eat/see/do! We had a wonderful time!

Our stay provided everything we needed to enjoy Nashville. It was a quiet neighborhood with only a 10 min drive to downtown. It was also really nice and convenient to have two bathrooms and king size beds in each bedroom. Definitely recommend!

This place was exceptionally clean and well-maintained and the neighborhood surrounding it was breathtakingly beautiful. The host was incredibly responsive and ensured that everything ran smoothly. I would definitely stay here again during my next visit to Nashville and it’s conveniently located just a 20-minute walk from Broadway.

Would definitely stay here again! Easy check-in & parking. Place was very clean! Far enough from noise but close enough to enjoy going out to Broadway. Great location. And the hosts were always responsive- I appreciated the fact they were willing to stay up later just to ensure I got checked in with no issues seeing I couldn’t make it up during the check in hours due to work. Highly recommend!

We had an amazing time staying here. It’s cute and quaint with a great coffee shop just right outside the home. It had everything we needed, the host was quick and responsive with any questions or concerns we had. It is a quick drive to broadway which we didn’t mind since the home was in such an easy to see and reach spot for driving services. I definitely recommend staying here for an affordable getaway.

Great apartment, had everything we needed. Clean & comfortable and loved the river view. Location was good and very walkable to downtown. Also some great dinning options in the neighborhood.

Jennie's place fit what we needed perfectly: we were in town for a concert at the Ryman Auditorium (myself and my 3 adult children) and could drive less than 15 minutes to park and walk there. The space would've been a little tight for much longer of a stay but it worked perfectly for the two nights we were there. We could spread out a little more because of the roof top deck which we loved. It had great views and was just steps away on the same floor. The highway noise from the adjacent I-40 is loud but that didn't prevent us from sleeping well. We were able to walk to dinner and there were other options close by. And street parking was available and convenient, just as Jennie had said. We would recommend her place to others looking for a good location close to downtown Nashville.

This place was so awesome. Very well thought out in the little details — a steamer, bathroom loaded with q-tips, makeup wipes, poopurri and funny little cards, both pool towels and regular towels, a fully-stocked coffee bar equipped with syrups, sugars and creamers, and huge bed options — queen bunk beds and a pull out couch. A great stay for a group of 4, or even more! Andrew was very helpful and gave me a call when looking for the gym and everyone was super friendly through text. Great stay!

We had a great time staying at Stacie’s in Downtown Nashville. Stacie was extremely friendly and very thorough and communicative during our trip. She made the whole stay seamless. I would highly recommend booking with her!

Great location for a date night, but make sure you read the latch directions. My husband hates direction so if I left it to him we wouldn’t have gotten in lol. It was actually a great way to get in and felt very safe being so close to the night life of Nashville. We parked and never had to use our car.

Such a great stay-close enough to everything going on but far enough away for a peaceful stay! Had such a great time watching all of the different birds. Cant wait to stay here again!

I booked last minute for a quick weekend trip and the location was perfect for us, everything was within walking distance: broadway, the farmers market, Brooklyn bowl. The place was in a nice quiet spot so I’d def stay again

Such a lovely place to stay in Nashville, the location was great only a mile from Broadway (15/20 min walk). The air BnB was clean and well kitted out. We struggled locking the door but the hosts responded quickly and we sorted it out really quickly! Germantown has some lovely coffee places a short walk away and it’s a quieter place if you want to step away from downtown. Would stay again!!

We were very happy with our choice to stay here and would 100% choose it again if we come back into town.

This condo was like home from home the moment you walked in it felt clean and welcoming with all things you require. The house was spotless and the washer and dryer was great to get some holiday washing done so you don’t have to take lots of dirty clothes home. The area is very close to Midtown where we frequented most days and nights. We visited the Grand Ole Opry and many other great places and an Uber was only a call away. We walked to Broadway a few times which kept up for and active however we found Midtown was more our style as it’s very busy on Broadway. We visited lots of places and really enjoyed our stay at Carlos and Cheryl’s place thank you for letting us stay we will be back one day ❤️

My fiancée and I had an amazing time staying here while we visited Nashville! The room was very clean and spacious! Plenty of things to do nearby! A lot of places to eat within walking distance! Would highly recommend for anyone else! We felt right at home!

I really enjoyed staying here and would stay again or recommend my family to stay when they come to Nashville. It was very clean and had everything that you would need for a little trip. The outside of the place actually felt safe because it’s gated in and I believe there were cameras which as a single woman made me feel comfortable. Whenever I had a question I messaged the host and she got back to me immediately so I felt comfortable reaching out. Everything was great thanks Amy!!
