This newly remodeled loft apartment, located on the shores of Lake Simond has direct private access to the water, a private lean-to, firepit, and private dock where you can tie up your boat (public boat launch less than a mile away) or take out one of the kayaks available for your use. With easy access to the waters of Lake Simond, Tupper Lake and Racquette River your boating, paddling, and fishing desires will be met! Plus the sunrises and sunsets from your dock or the front deck are amazing!

Waterfront Artisan ADK Cottage - Tupper Lake

Sunset Cottage is cleaned in compliance with CDC COVID-19 Lodging cleaning standards before you vacation there. Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Newly renovated interior with beautiful Adirondack decor.

Blackfly Cabin is in Vermontville New York a short drive from Saranac Lake in the heart of the Adirondack Mtns. We are 25 minutes from Lake Placid and a great place to base your ADK adventures. We are happy to have the opportunity to provide a safe and comfortable space to enjoy the ADK's. We are avid outdoorspeople and can provide advice and direction as needed to make your trip even more spectacular. All proceeds go to our daughter who is part of the USA Luge Olympic program.
