Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Franklin County

One of our most favorite stays ever! The jukebox was so fun and allowed our kids to hear classic music in the best way! We all enjoyed the pickleball court and the hot tub was a nice touch for evening relaxation. I enjoyed sipping coffee in the morning from the Adirondack chairs in the backyard while overlooking the Kentucky countryside. The home was perfect for our family of 5 (boys ages 11,13,15), stocked exceptionally well with everything you need for a comfortable and cozy stay. The charging docks on the nightstand were a nice touch. It was also nice to not have to purchase toiletries, laundry supplies, coffee. They even include creamer pods which was so nice! The location was perfect for bourbon tours and then we also got to experience the Ark Encounter one day (45 min away). We had such a great time. We highly recommend this stay for your next vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay at Kyle’s place. It was very well equipped and excellent value. It was plenty of space for our party (4 adults, 2 kids and 1 baby). It was a bonus that they had fun backyard games available for the kids and that we were able to build a fire out back and make s’mores. Hot tub was nice as well, and it was reasonably close to Buffalo Trace and other distilleries. We also appreciated Kyle’s clear instructions and excellent communication. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place in the area.

We had a lovely relaxing time, the place was set up very well. We enjoyed the surroundings especially all the deer in the yard. We will be back to enjoy Jason’s place and the local bourbon again!!

Great place, very responsive and helpful host.

We had a great stay at Vernon’s place. He was very responsive to a last minute reservation due to an issue with our booked Airbnb that ended up being a scam. The house was perfect for our group. There were fun activities for the kids and plenty of room to entertain our after UK graduation group. Fenced in yard was perfect for our sweet dog! Beds were super comfortable! We will definitely be staying with Vernon again!!

Great house for a long weekend stay visiting the Bourbon Trail. Easy to find, walking distance to restaurants. House is spacious with multiple rooms for a group to hang out after a day out and about. Perfect bedroom configuration for group of several couples. House was clean, extremely well stocked with amenities and kitchen accessories. Would definitely stay again.

This was the perfect place to stay on the Bourbon Trail. We had 7 people and the house was spacious and the perfect place to relax after beibg out all day. Bonus it is 5 minutes from Buffalo Trace, making it easier to get in line for a speciality run in the morning!

Lauren’s home was extraordinary. The view overlooking the river was gorgeous. The patio and even the neighborhood cat were some of our favorite memories. The house itself was spotless and so inviting. My only regret was I didn’t book a longer stay! All her recommendations were spot on. There was so much to experience within a 15-20 minute radius. We most definitely will be staying here again.

What a great apartment! This two bedroom space was exactly what we needed for a long weekend in Lexington. The space was clean and well decorated. The kitchen had everything we needed, and each bedroom was clean, with comfortable beds and TV. The street was private and we had a pass to park on the street. We bopped over the Java Jukebox for breakfast and highly recommend. John’s apartment was close to everything we needed. Would totally stay again!

This beautiful spot was exactly what we needed for our biking getaway weekend. Jeanne was quick to help out when we had questions and was very friendly and welcoming. Would definitely stay here again the next time we're in the area.

We absolutely loved this airbnb. We felt at home and private. Loved that Sarah allowed us to walk the farm, feed the horses, and ask questions. She had little extras like coffee, creamers, snacks, soaps. Everything was really great.

My wife and I loved Rebecca’s place! The location and surroundings are amazing! Our favorite part was the back patio area! Rebecca was always responsive to any questions we had during and before our stay! Would definitely recommend and plan to stay again in the future when in the Lexington/Georgetown area.

I’m obsessed with this place and didn’t want to leave! What a magical little space - katie and Michael thought of everything in the design, were responsive and helpful! We loved our time at the Gopher Wood cabin! It was a great spot to unwind after our busy days at the Ark Encounter (20 min drive) and the Creation Museum (1 hour drive). The bird watching was on point and the valley was very peaceful. The place was just like the pictures, and everything was very clean. We would stay there again!

We found Carolyn’s place to be peaceful. The view of the lake is beautiful from the back porch. The house is clean. We were communicated with very well. She even checked to make sure we arrived okay and asked if we needed anything. She gave great instructions on finding the house. We would recommend this home to others if they are looking for a peaceful stay. The house is not far from some great distilleries as that is one of the reasons we came to visit. The surrounding areas are incredibly beautiful. Grocery stores are not far as well. We would visit again.

cabin was very clean and a great place if your doing the bourbon trails! about 20-30 min to them depending on the one you choose!

We had the best time! The cabin was just as pictured and perfectly fit our needs, the host guide book on here was helpful! Really overall just the nicest place and host was very communicative. It was a great touch they had coffee available as we were mostly eating out and would have had to stop at the store just to get coffee and saved us a trip! Would happily come back.

the place is better than it looks on the pictures I think you do feel right at home I walked in and it even smelled nice. this place is great she has been so kind to me she has worked with me I accidentally damaged some property and working with their family was fantastic no judgment or anger. Any question I had she got back with me within a 1 to 2 hour time period sooner most of the time actually. you will love it I don't need to know what you're looking for you could be looking for anything in a stay and you'll find it here.

This cabin was absolutely beautiful. It’s definitely very private and far away from stores & restaurants so plan accordingly. We only stayed one night but were so sad to leave. The beds were probably the most comfortable beds we’ve ever slept in & all of them were the same great quality. We let the neighbors use the fire-pit, but there was a smaller heater on the porch that was great to pull chairs & hang out by. Everything about this place was perfect!

such a beautiful property and the hosts were beyond helpful and gave descriptive welcome instructions that made check in process go smoothly. the amenities were amazing and made us want to come back for longer than a night. highly recommend!
