Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Franklin County

Cute clean and comfortable! So many stairs as soon as you walk in which we didn’t think about with an infant, stroller, car seat and pack and play. But it was worth it!! Parking address was a little confusing but it was nice to have our car in a parking garage. Very quick and nice responses from owners. Great bourbon and Frankfort info in the Airbnb. This was one of the few airbnbs that I actually enjoyed staying in and slept comfortably!

Peaceful and quiet! Had everything I needed and was well stocked w towels and soap/detergent etc. Could use more cookware but I had my own. It is an old house and has old house quirks. Shanda was super responsive and helpful with any issues or questions. I really liked the location - nice spot between Frankfort and Lexington. Super close to distilleries and plenty to explore.

Sarah's apartment is the perfect place to stay while visiting Frankfort. The neighborhood is quiet, the apartment is cozy, immaculate, beautifully decorated and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are comfortable and the water pressure is great. Access to a washer and dryer was a plus for us as we did a lot of hiking and didn't want to repack our dirty clothes. We fell in love with Kentucky and will look to stay here again when we get back to Frankfort. 10/10

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is exactly as pictured - updated nicely, beautifully furnished, and decorated so well. The space was very comfortable and plenty of space for 4 adults. It’s walkable to several restaurants and bars in downtown Frankfort. Only note to be aware of is that there is not much soundproofing so you can hear noise from the restaurant below, outside on the street, and the bedrooms are next to each other so you can hear conversations in the next room and people walking about the apartment due to the creaking wood floors (original)… but I would not let this stop you from booking, I would stay there again despite this drawback!

Absolutely beautiful! The vibe, the space, the location were all 5 stars. Ben was always quick to respond. Check in was easy. Parking was always available right outside the front door and had no time limit from 5pm-8am. We loved hanging out at the Bourbon Library right next door and the location is close to many distilleries. Will absolutely stay here again on our next visit.

Great space and perfect set up. Walking distance to restaurants and entertainment was ideal. Nice to come back to relax and enjoy our drinks from the surrounding distilleries! Aaron was very responsive to all of our questions and gave great suggestions for our first Kentucky experience.

We enjoyed our stay--ample space for our family, very clean, and walkable neighborhood. We appreciate the details of the building: the beautiful old doors, windows and shutters; hardwood floors; cupola over font entry. The home has been updated and is very clean.

We had a great stay in Frankfort. Highly recommend for a smaller group traveling in the area. Two spacious bedrooms each with private bathrooms. The apartment was in an ideal location, walkable to many shops and restaurants. The space was very quiet, spacious, beautifully decorated and clean. 5 minute drive to Buffalo Trace and close by to other distilleries.

Beautiful place easy check in and check out. Even though I always bring my own items if there is anything you may have forgotten or needed Katie had it there available for your use. I have family in the area and this will definitely be my go to place every time I return

Can’t say enough good things about the hosts and their condo. It was perfect for the week! I didn’t care for the garage, but that was on me for bringing a large vehicle. Next time I will bring one of my smaller vehicles.

Our stay at this beautiful and unique Airbnb was nothing short of amazing! The industrial design elements gave the space a modern yet cozy feel, making it a perfect blend of style and comfort. The location was fantastic, with a plethora of restaurants and live music venues a short walk away. It was the ideal spot for our family of six adults, providing ample space and all the amenities we needed. We loved exploring the Distillery District and coming back to such a welcoming and well thought-out space. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a fun and memorable stay! Thank you, Teri.

This was a great place to stay, super clean and less than a mile from Rupp. We didn't get to make use of the host's suggestions for things to do this trip, but I'll already be looking forward to a second trip!

Spacious condo in a quaint old building in downtown Georgetown. Parking off street in the back of the building. Our host communicated everything we needed to know before we arrived and was quick to reply to us when we had a small question. We came down for the Horsey Hundred bike event and we were able to bring our bikes inside the lovely space while we weren’t riding. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby. Comfortable, clean with plenty of space!

Amazing host will stay here again if I could.
